In Joinville, close to the city centre, a 70 m² house. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming little private courtyard. Upstairs, there is a first bedroom with 1 bed measuring 160 x 200, a second bedroom with 2 beds measuring 80 x 200, and a bathroom with a large shower, washing machine and dryer. Free street parking. An electronic lock will allow you to check in independently at any time.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, it's a house surrounded by nature. It has a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. You will find the warmth of a good wood fire in winter and the coolness in summer thanks to its thick stone walls. It is located in a very small village where you can discover an ancient medieval fortress, a dedicated museum, an enchanting estate made of rockery creation.(Lavaux). You can also visit my artist's studio.

Countryside apartment

This charming apartment on the Way of Saint James and Joan of Arc was built in 2016 in a part of our farm. You won't have any neighbors across the street. The entry is independent. You'll be very quiet there! The village is peaceful, 15 km from Joinville (supermarkets and others) and 5 km from Bure (Andra and Panier Sympa, the nearest bakery and grocery store), on the border with the Meuse and the Vosges. Many walks in the countryside are at your doorstep.
