great time, beautiful area, responsive and attentive host. pool and hot tub were ready to go and wonderful.

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Such a beautiful property with an amazing host. We felt at home away from home. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very pleasant to walk around every morning. We loved how spacious the home was as well. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice place to spend an evening while grilling out with friends. The experience was amazing, we cannot wait to go back🙏🏼

I highly recommend staying here. It is as exactly described as shown in pictures. Very clean,spacious and comes with all your basic household needs. Checking in and out was very easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. Instructions and house rules are very simple and easy to follow. The host was very kind and easy to reach. 10/10 recommend over a hotel and great for families of all ages.

Great, beautiful and clean space. The kitchen, dining, and living were perfect for visiting. We spent some time in the pool - wish it hadn't rained so we could enjoy it even more.

This home is great! Everything we needed was there for our family of five. And, with the hot tub, pool, game room and well stocked kitchen this place offered much fun and activities right in the home! The location is an easy drive or Uber to downtown; you can be in the heart of Nashville fun in 15 minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

For four adults and a 115 lb. West German Shepherd Dog, it was a great place. Secure backyard fencing, screened in porch, all refinished rooms and fixtures, great location, plenty of room, all met our expectations and then some. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. A very nice kitchen, although we didn't do any cooling. Great A/C. All cozy and comfortable. And the place is really quiet. Katelynn and Dylan were very responsive and professional. We hope we met their expectations.

We loved it. Thoughtfully and well stocked with cooking supplies and things to do. Great location! And the house is amazing. Felt like we should be touring it instead of staying in it. Even my 7 year old keeps begging me to take him back. Highly recommend

You know how in Harry Potter, the room of requirement provided every need that students could possibly need? Well Fran & Fi’s cottage was that for us. A group of friends met up for a long weekend and every time we asked ourselves “hmm I wonder if this place has an extension cord or dishwasher pods or extra towels” it only took a quick search to find what we needed. So The Room of Requirement quickly became the term of the weekend. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exactly what we needed to spread out and chat and quilt for a few days. It’s located on a quiet street but also only minutes from a grocery store and restaurant/shops. The beds were very comfortable too! We’ll be staying here again and are already looking forward to it.

Beautiful property with spacious house! Clean, love the back porch, fire pit, and games! The beds are super comfy and the water pressure is great, which matters to me! Spent the day at the winery and quick drive back to house! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was gorgeous and had so many special touches including plenty of towels, beach towels, tp, soaps, shampoos, etc. so we didn't have to run to the store immediately upon arrival. The kitchen was amazing and well-stocked for any kind of cooking you might want to do. The beds were beyond comfortable. The hot tub was clean and easy to access. Inside and out, very clean and tidy - the perfect place for relaxing and spending time with family. Christi's was very friendly and prompt when we had to reach out about an alarm my granddaughter accidently set off. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely and truly felt like we had the perfect place to connect with family. We felt pampered staying at such a unique home. Highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic experience staying at Sheri’s place! From the moment we arrived, especially with the thoughtful welcome basket that my kids loved. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location is also a big plus! Close to a variety of restaurants and shopping centers. Sheri truly thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable.

This was our 2nd stay at Alyssa’s place and we chose the studio this time. Just as described, quiet, clean, and comfortable!

We had a great stay Emily was a fantastic host. She was extremely helpful and communications were timely and clear. I would highly recommend staying there and if we are ever that way again we will do just that.

Bottom line... I would stay there again! At first, I didn't know how it would be with the host living close to the property. Truthfully, I ended up liking it a lot! Sammie and her husband very much respected our privacy, but it was really nice to know they're around if we needed anything. Sammie and her husband were super super super nice and polite!

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and full of games to fill the downtime. Our hosts were super quick to respond with the few questions we had. We loved the community and the amenities and the location just off the highway and close to grocery. We will definitely book this house for our next visit to the area! Thank you!

My favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is perfectly put together and incredibly clean. Location is perfect and nestled into the woods like a luxury treehouse. Communication with the host was great as well and was very accommodating. Definitely plan to come back and stay again.
