Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Thompson

Wonderful stay. Location was beautiful. Alex was very responsive and an exceptional host and responded to all of our questions within minutes. The house was very much like the photos and we found all the necessities including cooking appliances and accessories. We wish the canoe in the backyard was in better shape but Alex was honest in stating use at own risk. It was still functional.

Dave's place is absolutely phenomenal. The house is immaculate and fully stocked. Dave was very responsive and friendly. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this place to friends when they're in the vicinity.

We loved staying at Wendy’s place. It was a perfect combination of fun for the little kids with Legoland close by; and a component of adventure with the Neversink Trail close by. At the home we enjoyed the basement with games and sauna and jacuzzi. There is something for everyone!

My husband and I needed some time to re-bond and boy did this place and Tom & Carol deliver. The best airbnb we've ever stayed in, very romantic, beautiful, and inspiring. They put so much love and detail into the place, it went above and beyond in terms of amenities (they had everything we needed plus so much more). I had brought a lasagna that was too big to heat in their airfryer, so they offered to put it in their oven to heat up - which was lovely of them. Honestly this place and the hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. Tom & Carol gave us a personal tour of their beautiful property, gallery and house and all of Tom's artwork - which is everywhere. Tom is so talented and answered our many, many questions. They were super welcoming to my dog as well, and our dogs even played together! My only complaint w/tongue in cheek: Tom doesn't sell his work any longer as he's building a sculpture garden and museum - I get that, but it was hard to not buy some of his incredible work.

My friends and I loved staying at Svetlana & Eugene’s place. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed to spend a lovely long weekend upstate while it was very snowy out. Definitely would re-book!

We stayed up here for a weekend and it was very quiet and there is stream nearby which is lovely to listen to the water falling over rocks--so incredibly peaceful. The neighbors are very close and its right off the road but you're tucked away into a little cove so it feels more nature. Great natural light and lots of windows!

This was a peaceful, cozy spot to enjoy a long weekend. The river view from both the house as well as the yard was a bonus feature. We spent the evenings enjoying the fire pit by the river and then retired indoors to the large, comfortable living room. Drew was very responsive to our needs of an early check-in which we greatly appreciated. 😊 We would recommend this spot. (Oh, the fishing had easy access, so we we enjoyed that as well.)

Loved the place. Beautiful setting and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend for an escape from civilization.

Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

We really enjoyed our stay as a family at this location. Everything was clean and comfy with lovely, peaceful surroundings. Since the weather cooperated, we were able to enjoy the gazebo and pool area which our children especially enjoyed. The host was extremely responsive and courteous and also offered some excellent recommendations for restaurants and fun things to do in the area. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit the area in the future!

Both Patrick and his apartment are wonderful! His place is our absolute first choice while visiting Warwick. The apartment is always spotless, the bed is super comfy, and the view from the living area is spectacular. We saw a menagerie of backyard wildlife this trip, including deer, bunnies, chipmunks, woodchucks, squirrels, and a whole host of different birds. And the apartment is easily walkable to everything the village has to offer. Patrick is a really kind human and we love chatting with him. We’re big fans!

Very convenient location close by to everything we needed! We did have an issue with something in our unit, but Aaron communicated very quickly and was able to let us use the other available unit for the night. Both Air bnbs at the property were very well stocked and spotless. Felt very much at home here!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. What a great little studio for a Birthday get away trip to Bethel Woods concerts, etc. Relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake for coffee in the morning or a nightcap after your days activities. 2 restaurants within a 100 yards, the Tap n Table was excellent with really Friendly staff. Must have breakfast at least once at Bethel Market Cafe, the Best! All this less than 15 minutes in any direction. I would like to come back in the Summer to take advantage of the Lake activities. Wonderful stay!

The location was absolutely stunning! The river in the backyard created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the space was clean. At one point, it rained, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio.

Great hiking base, just short walk to trails. So convenient to main st, supermarket, restaurants etc but is a bit noisy due to the convenient location it’s a trade off- no driving required though which was great for us. Loved sauna and grill outside esp after long hike!

We had a wonderful stay in David’s cabin! The scenery was gorgeous, the space was cozy, and everything about the place felt thoughtfully prepared. David was also a very responsive and kind host. Thank you!❤️

Really charming cottage in the woods, and great, responsive hosts. Really had a nice time in this wooded and rural area, with two lakes nearby and the canoes on white lake. The cottage was clean and had a sleek, minimalist, scandanavian style (I felt like I was back in Sweden from years ago), which we appreciated! very peaceful at night and the AC worked great which helped out greatly on the hot days we were there. It's close enough to Woodstock museum/grounds, good food and laid back entertainment options in neighboring towns. Overall, a great stay, thank you!

Such an awesome spot! BUT note this is a glampsite rather than a full house. The toilet is an outhouse (very clean, but make sure to duck to not hit your head), the shower is heated but it's outdoor, I didn't have soap or towels provided that I saw, and the bed is a tri-fold mattress that folds out onto the floor of the little A-frame. The wood fire hot tub was amazing, the fire pit is nice, there are two chairs included, parking is easy, there is good quality firewood here but bring something to light it with and start the burn. The sound of the running water is worth every penny. The cabin also is heated via some sort of gas, which does a great job and making the space feel cozy but I woke up with a pretty good sore throat. Not sure if that is a coincidence or if from the heater. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Just make sure the less earthy people in your group are not expecting a hotel room/house.

Was exactly the weekend getaway we needed. The tub was perfect for the cold nights, and we were just close enough to do a few hikes. The cabin was exceptionally clean and James was very attentive to anything that we needed. It is definitely in a neighborhood, and there are many families that live by but because of the greenery and the way that the house is laid out it feels very private. We would recommend this to friends and family! Thank you, James!

We had a wonderful stay! The host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow, and everything was just as expected. I’ve stayed at this house before and returned this time with friends—everyone had a great time. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing weekend in the Catskills. Would definitely come back again!

Really cute place. Comfortable beds and Sofas. The propane fire place was ideal. It was cold and icy when we stayed and we pretty much stayed in the whole time. It felt very warm and cozy. John was very responsive and helpful, he made the whole experience very easy for us.

I really loved the place, the whole place was mint clean, the host was really friendly and responsive to all of my questions, the atmosphere was really peaceful and perfect if you want to escape from the city for a few days!✨✨

My dad and I stayed in cabin # 2 for a night after competing in the Spartan Race in Bethel. It was the perfect place to wash all the mud off, grab a bite and rest our heads before driving home. The lake was perfect for my dad to fish and for me to read my book while he caught his biggest fish yet. The cabin was cozy and clean with very comfortable beds and couches with a rural upstate feel. Thanks a bunch!
