We had a great few days at Adams’s place. Brilliant host and easy checkin, really close to town and all amenities. Great for surf spots and we saw a few elephants out of town. Oh and importantly for me, the AC is utterly silent. Would definitely stay again 😎

Large property in nature by the beach (very beautiful). Tree garden with a large pool. Air conditioning in bedrooms but not in living spaces (fan). Very nice caretaker. There is a kennel with two adorable dogs. Great showers. No cook but a supermarket a few kilometers away as well as surf breaks. The only downside is the smell of the cow enclosure next to the kennel can be unpleasant at certain times of the day.

Absolutely loved our stay here, felt like home right away. Spent many hours chilling on the outside sofas which are very very comfy. Had everything we needed with the kitchen and big fridge-freezer. Marie was amazing, gave us great tips for elephant & croc spotting (we saw loads just cruising around in a Tuk Tuk). The garden was beautiful and peaceful with fruit trees and flowers and an outside shower to cool down. Staying here made our time in Arugam Bay a wonderful experience. Thank you!

A perfect place to stay just outside the busy centre of arugam bay. A bit far to walk but easy in a tuk tuk or a rental car to the many surf spots or the centre. The house is beautiful and peaceful with areas to relax on the ground floor with friends. The highlight of the booking and what really makes it worth the money is Mita - a local friend of Nicola’s who looks after the property during the day and, if you ask nicely, can help you with anything you need. He made us an amazing bbq in one of the evenings and prepared the best breakfasts for the group every morning. Thank you Nicola and Mita! We will definitely be back soon!

We had a great stay at Azeers and Leann's place! They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The accommodation itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine, which was a great bonus. The location was perfect: just a few meters from the beach, yet quiet and secluded, offering total relaxation. We would definitely love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this Arugam Bay Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious, with balconies galore, offering stunning views. The interior design was both beautiful and functional, making our stay truly comfortable. The kitchen was a lifesaver for our midnight cravings, and the pedestal fans were a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. But what really made our stay special was Adam's exceptional hospitality. He ensured our comfort, from taking care of the house to kindly accompanying me to Eid prayers and even lending me his serong. Adam's thoughtfulness and helpfulness made our stay truly unforgettable. My partner and I stayed for a week at Pasindu's place. The place itself is beautiful. It is within a large garden with lots of greenery as well as some adorable pets. The bed is comfortable and the room is large. The location is about a 15 minute walk from Arugam Bay. It is an easy walk and much quicker on a scooter. It is a much quieter area than Arugam Bay itself, so nice if you're looking for a peaceful stay. Pasindu and his partner Annie are fantastic hosts. They were incredibly responsive. Any issue or question we had was dealt with immediately. Pasindu also is a surf instructor. We took two lessons with him which were both amazing. Thanks for having us!!
