Fully enclosed land located at the rear of the house. Playground and pétanque court 50 m away... Come and recharge your batteries in this little haven of peace.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

There is also an elevator, this peaceful retreat will seduce you in a pleasant small town. 1 km walk to train station and supermarkets 750 meters from downtown and its amenities (bakery, tobacco, bar etc...)

Very nice for 2 couples or 1 couple with children (but not suitable for more than 2 workers). Charming and warm house, with 400 m2 of garden, very quiet despite its location in the center of the village of "la Machine", an old mining town located 5 km from St Léger des Vignes and Decize and 1/2 hour from Moulin and Nevers. Small cozy nest, ideal for a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating stay! Bicycles, petanque, BBQ, hammocks are at your disposal to enhance your stay.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our fantastic duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-built to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will provide a remarkable experience for those seeking comfort, style and convenience. Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
