Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

Epirus historic home 1903

This majestic stone house ,built in 1903, and lovingly restored in 2021 to its original glory with a few modern twists. The home boasts over 12 large windows , filling the space with natural light and allowing views of the pine and spruce filled mountains .Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home sleeps up to 6 and can also be rented with the guest suite below to allow a total of 11 guests. The guest suite below is self contained ( Epirus historic home guest suite )

It can accommodate up to six people and has three bedrooms, kitchen - dining room fully equipped, living room with fireplace and two bathrooms. It includes three TVs, Wi-Fi, heating, BBQ, and a private parking. Enjoy the panoramic view of the Agrafa mountain range and Lake Plastira from the two large terraces!

From our village start the most beautiful hiking trails through the fir trees and rivers to see nature in all its glory!

Modern, fully renovated, spacious and very bright apartment of 60 sqm, 1 bedroom. It has a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located right next to the Castle of Arta and just 500 meters from the city center. The space consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom and balcony. Private parking is also available. In the bathroom there is a shower with a hydromassage faucet and a hair dryer.

The house is located in the center of the beautiful new Mikro Chorio, very close to the village square and the Country Club, in a dreamy environment at the foot of Chelidona overlooking Kaliakouda and Velouchi. Built with traditional stone and wood architecture. It consists of two independent residences, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
