Beachfront holiday rental in Théoule-sur-Mer

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

Excellent accommodation, very warm and responsive hosts. The location is ideal, there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a great beach nearby. The house has everything for a super-comfortable life. Everything is very high quality and well organized.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

Therese’s flat was perfect for our romantic getaway in Nice. The location in the middle of old town was ideal. The apartment was spacious, stylish and well kept. The day bed was lovely for siestas and its kitchen was complete with everything we needed on days where we decided to eat in. Therese was easy to communicate with and even went out of her way to make sure a local train worker strike wouldn’t impact our departure.

Fantastic location in Cannes, walkable to the sea and shops nearby. Perfect for a large group (9 of us) and the flat is extremely well stocked with all the essentials. Remy has also been great and responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Stephanie’s place was the perfect getaway for our small family. She went above and beyond - stocking the apartment with not just the essentials, but thoughtful extras like beach toys, sunbeds, and games for kids. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and ideal for two adults and a child. We loved waking up to stunning sunrises and being just steps from the beach. The underground parking was a huge bonus. Stephanie’s care and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We recommend renting a car to explore the area - don’t miss the amazing pastries at Benjamin Marquis or nearby supermarkets like Auchan and Monoprix. This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Magical time to relax and appreciate the beauty of the south of France in a beautiful home

Jasmine was a nice, friendly host. Her apartment is in a very quiet, peaceful location close to beaches, train station and several restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a lovely terrace, table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool, as well as car parking space. We had a hire car and enjoyed trips to Théoule Sur Mer, Cannes, Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer which are all within easy driving distance. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful with an amazing view. Loved that it was just outside of Cannes in a more quiet area. Chrystèle was a wonderful host. We would return again!

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Nice apartment, rather spacious for a studio. Bathroom quite large. Considerable space for the car. Isabelle is very responsive. I recommend.

This was our third stay in Claudie's loft and it was as great as ever. We have two teenage children and they loved hanging out on the mezzanine sofa when we weren't out and about. The weather was mixed this October but there is still so much to see and do in the area. We went on a couple of fab hikes (there are many and you can start them directly from Nirvana loft), visited Monaco and Menton and then went over to Italy for a quick pizza. Some Shopping in Nizza, Gelato and watching the surfers in Cannes (the sea was rough on the other side) and a visit to the Picasso Museum in Antibe when the rain hit us. Everything is close by and we already miss the cool and cozy atmosphere of the flat. Waking up to this excellent view and picking up some baguettes and pastries from the village bakery every morning was just awesome - once again. In other words - Nirvana Loft is just a fantastic place to stay:)
