Lovely little house in the owners' garden, right next to a beautiful pool. Absolutely quiet, no noise for a total rest. A very well equipped and cozy accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and pleasant. A few minutes' drive from the pretty port of La Roche-Bernard.

What a perfect holiday destination! Quiet rural location, but only a 10 minute walk to the local village for necessities and 10 minute drive to a HyperU, on the outskirts of Vannes. House is very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a “home away from home”. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, with the latest appliances to cover all requirements, and cleaning products to use when required. The outside space is fabulous, with great size (and very clean) pool and a range of comfortable furniture for relaxing, eating and sunbathing in the spacious garden. Marie-Hélène was a fabulous, attentive host from the point of booking, with pre-holiday queries, and throughout the whole stay - meeting us on arrival and checking that we were familiar with the appliances and pool, to wishing us well on leaving while giving us plenty of time to pack without pressure. If we holiday in this area in future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay! Many thanks Marie-Hélène!

A great weekend with friends, for which the quality of the house is no stranger. Flexible check-in and very simple communication before during the rental. The house is very large and the amenities are really great. Great stay guaranteed!.

Clean and very pleasant accommodation. Pretty and modern. Missing some amenities, like plancha or barbecue, and gates at the stairs, (we were with a 1 year old baby). Beautiful view, and very tidy outside. Interior, clean, and modern. We received all the necessary information with our host. I recommend it.

We had a pleasant week at Gilles's. The house is very well equipped, the bedding comfortable and the garden pleasant. It feels like home. There are tours to do nearby as well as good restaurants Gilles is a attentive and welcoming host. A place to keep!

Really beautiful location, close beach and uncrowded road (in May)! Well fenced and large garden, ideal with children and animals! The bedding is very good and the rooms are large enough to sleep with the children without stepping on them. We had a great time together!

Very nice cottage for a weekend for families or groups of friends. Large spaces with all the amenities, not to mention foosball, billiards and a cinema room. We had a great time.

We spent a great weekend with friends at Charles and Pauline's home. The house was unanimous: bright, large, very beautiful. Many games and books have made the kids happy. We didn't want for anything in terms of amenities. The location is ideal (beaches and village with all amenities). Gildas the concierge welcomed us and was responsive. We were able to enjoy flexible schedules that allowed us to settle in quietly before our friends arrived, and take our time to leave on Sundays . Anyway, we are delighted and hope to be able to come back!

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

We had a great weekend with the family! We were 13 including 5 children and everyone found their account in terms of room and amenities. The house is very spacious and the garden is huge. I did not dare to show the photos to the children in advance for fear that they would be disappointed if the trampoline had not gone up...but it was there and occupied them for hours while we enjoyed the first heat of April on the terrace. Also great to have the bikes available exactly as described. Special mention also for the person who welcomed us, both for their proactivity and for their kindness upon arrival.

Thanks to Hugues and his wife for their welcome, very nice house, operational, peaceful, it feels good. we had a beautiful week, I recommend the beach of the oncologist very clean and less seaweed, the big bill restaurant, and visit Guérande and cruise in the yellow boat at the rock-bernard. I highly recommend this property managed by Hugues and his wife, I think we will surely come back.

We had a pleasant stay with the family. The rental is perfect for discovering the Penestin region on foot (3 kms). There is an organic farm next door for fresh produce, a cheap one in Penestin on Sundays and the beach of the gold mine is exceptional. The house is well equipped, Sophie and Nathalie quickly answer any questions, effective communication. Definitely recommend.

We had a family Christmas in this pink house and it was great. Each floor offers a kitchen and bathroom, which is more than convenient for 10 people! Charline and Walter were excellent, with availability in the minutes that followed. Board games are available, a large garden for the dog. There's also plenty to do things like snowshoes and a large barbecue (which we didn't use in the middle of winter, but super convenient for summer stays) Everything is within walking distance like beaches, shops and restaurant. No complaints, everyone was delighted and the family reunions were perfect. A big thank you! I'd recommend it unseen
