Holiday rentals with lake access in Theater District, Manhattan

One of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in! Fully stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, kitchenware, paper towels, trashbags, etc. we stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t have to repurchase anything. Plenty of toys for our little one. The trails near the home are so beautiful and easy to walk. Very appreciative that bed sizes were full, queen, and kings. No twin sizes! Laundry was wonderful. Easy access to the freeway. Neighborhood was safe and clean. Home was comfortable and felt like an actual home. No complaints.

We had a great time, this was the perfect space for my family of 4…..lots of options for getting to NYC! Host was amazing!

First off, The Location is Beautiful,Quite,Good Off Street parking. The HOUSE: The Lawn Work IS AMAZING. Such a beautiful walk up to the house. Easy Check in, Beautiful CLEAN Home, The Room took me back to my teen ages years, The games ,DVDs, the whole ambiance was dope. Dino, YOU MADE US FEEL SO WELCOMED THANK YOU FOR BIRTHDAY BALLOONS WE WILL BE BACK

Louis was warmly welcoming to my friend and I, graciously waiting to greet us and show us the details of the room and amenities. The room and bathroom were spotless, and I loved the little details of the soap dispensers and the welcome shelves with water and such. The room was spacious with good light and had nice artistic touches. I look forward to staying at Louis’ place again when I’m in Newark, absolutely. Very close and convenient to the Newark international airport.

Everything was so perfect, the environment was so clean and tidy. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We waited to extended our time because we felt so comfortable. We’re definitely booking again

We arrived at the unit and easily found our way in. The parking was easy once we messaged for clarification and got a very fast response from Emmanuel. While the house is in an older area it was extremely well renovated and very obviously cared for. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly and very quiet in the evenings. The amenities were as described and it was amazing how well the window air conditioners cooled the entire space. We brought our own games and there was plenty of space to play between the 2 tables and the extra chairs. Having 5 people staying at the house was comfortable with a decent kitchen and 2 bathrooms which allowed us the have our own spaces. The living room couch and chair were the most comfy ever! Access to the parkway to get to our wedding destinations and also into the city was also convenient. Thank you to Emmanuel for maintaining the location.

Great property easy access to New York City

Great spot! Close to main arteries of the tristate. Off-street parking and close to metro north.

Joseph place was very tidy, warm and clean. location is great as well, 45 minutes from Manhattan and plenty of parks and lake in the area.

Beautiful apartment – perfect for a New York vacation! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The bedroom – actually the host’s study – is set up with a comfortable air mattress topped with an extra mat for added comfort. We felt very much at home during our 10-day stay. The bathroom was super clean and well stocked with all essentials. The connection to Times Square is great: depending on traffic, it takes about 15–30 minutes. The bus stop right in front of the building with a direct line to Times Square makes the location even better. Communication with Hande was smooth and easy. Thank you for this wonderful stay – we’d love to come back!

no issues here Zaza was a great host and I really enjoyed the local area. very easy to travel around Manhattan no problem. nice quiet area in Spanish Harlem I would recommend staying here

Very easy to find, cozy apartment very close to lots of public transportation options. Veronica was very friendly, Desi was beyond adorable. I would definitely stay with Veronica again if I have the option to do so next time I need to go to NYC.

Overall, I would recommend this Airbnb. When looking for parking, I recommend JFK Blvd for street parking to avoid the massive fees at the parking garage. The food in the local area is pretty good.

It definitely served the purpose we needed it for while exploring NYC ! Cute place !
