We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Excellent apartment with large living room, kitchen, enclosed balcony that can become a pleasant room with a beautiful view at dawn; three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
