You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

You will be situated 15 mins. between Willard Bay and Pineview. Snow Basin and Powder Mtn Ski Resorts are 35-38 mins. away. Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

This open design is private & cozy for 2 to 4 people with 1 king bed & 1 sofa that turns into a bed (Queen).
