Family-friendly holiday rentals in The Annex, Old Toronto

I’m almost afraid to leave an accurate review because this place is such a hidden gem I don’t want to compete when we try to stay here again. This home is so beautiful, well stocked, cozy, incredible neighbourhood, and I could go on and on. Ottilie was a thoughtful host with excellent communication and she opened her home up to my family. I will never try to stay anywhere else in Toronto! Thank you, Ottilie!

A few days in Toronto watching some baseball. Perfect location, 5 minute walk, view of the CN Tower from the balcony. Very spacious for 4 adults and two grown teenagers. Everything we required in the accommodation. Very easy check in and parking. Excellent, prompt communication from Katherine. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Thomas' place. He met us at check in, showed us the building, parking and any details we needed to know. He was very responsive, provided early check in, and coordinated parking spots for both our vehicles. The place was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Myself and 2 friends enjoyed our 3 night stay to the fullest! Location was amazing! Jonathan was extremely responsive. Bed was very comfortable. Pull out bed not so comfy but was to be expected. Lots of feminine products under the sink for guests to use in including salon style hairspray. Roof top pool was amazing and not too busy! Would highly recommend Jonathan's place!

Wow and thank you. To find such a perfect location was so fortunate. Cal sent a warm and welcoming message that just set the experience off to a great start. The condo was clean and modern and just felt so comfortable. There is something energizing about being right in the centre of thing’s, especially when you have such a wonderful space to come “home” to. Thanks to Cal for providing such a terrific space.

Lovely place , felt right at home . Crystal was very helpful and responsive, given it was a very last minute booking. The street was very quiet and so was the building itself . Very cozy getaway in the heart of downtown Toronto for an incredibly good price . Thank you so much for making our short stay nothing short of AMAZING !

10/10 perfect Air BnB, will most definitely book again next time we go down (especially for a concert), it was literally right across the street from the Roger’s Center which is where our Post Malone concert was. Oron is super descriptive on the process to check in/out and how to find parking, which as someone with OCD this was a blessing. Anything I needed or had questions about he literally answered within 5min! Also you literally get a view of the beautiful CN tower… jaw dropping! Bonus: that bed is hella comfy!!!

Beyond the house itself, the hosts were truly outstanding. They were not only extremely courteous but also incredibly responsive to any questions we had, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our entire stay. Their genuine hospitality added significantly to the positive experience. I very much enjoyed my stay. The place is filled with wonderful character and a sense of history. It is peaceful and restful. The garden and deck wrap around the place making it feel like it is out in the country, rather than in the heart of the city. The location is excellent with easy access for walking, driving and TTC. Many fabulous restaurants in the area too. It was the perfect place for my stay in Toronto.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert’s beautiful heritage home! The house was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit all five of us—including two seniors and a young boy—while still offering plenty of privacy for everyone. The location is excellent—just steps from the subway, grocery stores, and great local restaurants. Robert’s home is impressively well-stocked with everything you could possibly need (honestly, probably more than we have at home!). We also really enjoyed and appreciated the art and decor throughout the house—it added so much character. And when we weren’t out exploring the city, we loved playing a little piano and soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. The pool room was a highlight—it gave us a fun space to hang out while the seniors could rest comfortably. Robert’s instructions were also clear, detailed, and easy to follow, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We absolutely loved our stay and would be thrilled to return the next time. An amazing home meeting the needs of our multi-generational family spending a week together in the GTA to cheer on our daughter participating in a National sporting event. Listing is reflective of the gorgeous, clean home. We would definitely look to return should another opportunity present!

I stayed here with my family for two nights while visiting the city! The space was super nice and welcoming. Spotless, updated, and comfortable. About a 10min walk to transit but straight forward and the neighbourhood felt very safe.

Grant's home is in a wonderful, quiet location. Parking is super easy too. Bloor street and shops are just a minute away. His home is quiet, super clean and the bed is very comfy. The kitchen is well appointed for anything you need. Grant gives you all the details you need to find your way and feel confident and safe in your stay. I'll be back for sure!

Amazing views and great location! The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the balcony. Access to the gym and pool was great!

This condo was a great location, especially for guests visiting U of T or wanting to be in the heart of Toronto with easy access to adjoining neighborhoods. The apartment had great views of the area, was comfortable, clean with excellent amenities including a superb pool and exercise area on the 2nd floor of the building. Arjun is a most friendly and reliable host. I look forward to staying at his condo for an upcoming visit to Toronto.

From booking through checkout, Krishna was friendly and responsive. The purpose for the visit was to see the Philadelphia Phillies play the Toronto Blue Jays and this urban apartment was perfect! Having a parking spot included for our stay was a bonus. Pedestrian-friendly access to entertainment and restaurants was also a bonus in the city.

Amazing location! Just a 10-minute walk to both King Street and Queen Street, and about 30 minutes to the CN Tower. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. Since the building is older, we could occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience.

Robert's place is in a great location, right next to the CN tower, aquarium, and Rogers center. He provides a binder of local recommendations which is really helpful. I would definitely stay again!

It was great to stay at Kathleen's. The place is very spacious and perfect for a one person or a couple. The location is very close to a lot of nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a lot more. I like the neighborhood a lot. In the summer, you can also enjoy the park right across the street. The place was very clean, and Kathleen was a great communicator - on top of everything. It really felt like home. I stayed there for one month as I was in between places and honestly I wish I could have stayed more.
