Newly built in 2021, the cozy house is located in the midst of a magnificent olive grove. Central location and yet ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Hospitable tavernas, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The house is located near Peramos city (5,5 km), which is a beautiful touristic resort. Its necessary to bring your own car to reach the famous beaches of Amollofoi, which are 10 min. by car from the cottage. You can buy anything you need from Eleftheres village (5 min. walk from the house). There is a supermarket, a coffee place and a small tavern. The cottage is surrounding by olive trees and its very quiet. From the terrace you have a wonderful sea view! Its a magnific place for children!
