The villa is way to enjoyable. We were so happy with all the facilities we had there including swimming pool, parking area, spacious rooms, pool & carrom, tv with wifi enabled, the best thing was the terrace we enjoyed at night. The ambience was so joyful & happy. Best place to spend your weekend

I had visited Avril’s property with my friends on 31st December. We are the last minute kinds and had to be at work so wanted a property which is not too far and can be reached by using the public transport. As soon as we entered the property, we were awestruck. The pace is extremely beautiful and very well done. So clean and so elegant! The property also has a lovely terrace. Also, Avril and Paul are a young couple recently started on Airbnb but they have been travellers themselves and that reflects in the house. They are absolutely quick with the responses and would always be there to solve your doubt. Plan a nice 2-3 hour trip within Vasai by taking their suggestions. Don’t forget to have a small chat with them, if you want to go a little more educated after the stay. I would strongly recommend this property. It’s one of the rare finds and very close to Mumbai city. It’s literally home away from home. So, stop reading and hit the book button. Amazing Stay at Sunset Boulevard Villa, Karjat We had an incredible stay at this spacious villa in Karjat. The views were simply fascinating, offering a serene escape surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic and really made the stay even more enjoyable. One thing to keep in mind if you're traveling with a large group is that parking can be a bit tight, but the beautiful villa, excellent facilities, and uninterrupted views more than make up for it. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

This is a great place to stay! The travel is a little long since it’s situated a little in the interiors but its completely worth it. The rooms are very well kept and complete hygiene has been maintained across the property. They have a beautiful lawn and a backdrop of the trees, it’s located next to a river as well. Perfect place for a getaway from the city. The host and staff are very helpful and try and accommodate all our needs. Highly recommendable and will definitely visit again.

I have been to this place twice and would highly recommend to visit at least once. Vinay - Host and Prashant - care taker are very kind and friendly.

Bungalow is as described in the listing, peaceful and takes you away from the city life. Food was good and at very nominal rates. There is a dam close to the bungalow with a restaurant with amazing views. Overall great for weekend staycation and good value for money.

Saurabhs place is a great place for friends to unwind and get some fresh air . the view is superb. the on-site staff and Sagar are very responsive and helpful . please note that should you want their on site cooks food then it requires atleast a 24 hr notice. We ordered in our meals from U Tan resort which share a boundary wall. the food and service from there are satisfactory and tick the need to reasonable food. on-site caretaker is helpful is making tea and snacks if required. overall a wonderful stay.

Milind's place is exactly as listed. The place was very clean and spacious. It had all the required amenities and Milind was gracious enough to let us use the kitchen. Utensils are well stocked and games are available if you are bored. The river is closeby but we gave it a miss since water flow is high during the monsoons. Coal was provided and we had the barbeque station to use as well. Milind is a great host and constantly checked if there was anything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend his place.

This is an amazing place. If you are looking for a place for relaxation and party at the same time this the place. Charm is the outside space, large space euqipped with the good lights set up, and cherry on the cake is the barbqeue set up, Perfect for organise outdoor party. Rooms are good and well maintained. Fan in the washroom give you different experience 😄. Perfect for a weekend getaway and small party. Host Milind is very cordinating, and the caretacker Sagar bhai is very supportive, he is always be there for you.
