Мы жили в этом доме 3 недели, 5 человек взрослых. В целом проживание было удобным и приятным. Дом расположен на тихой улице недалеко от пляжа Ката. Дом стоит своих денег, но есть небольшие отличия от фотографий - на кухне нет кофемашины, в большой спальне вместо телевизора кровать, в маленькой спальне с двумя окнами слишком большая кровать, на террассе нет гамака. Во время проживания были небольшие проблемы с сантехникой, которые хозяин быстро устранил. Ночью довольно тихо, но днём во время нашего проживания шел ремонт в соседних домах. Могу порекомендовать этот дом для большой семьи или друзей и хотел бы вернуться в него ещё

Great stay at her apartment as it was spacious and clean! Furthermore, the sea view was so amazing and I enjoyed chilling at the balcony. Would highly recommended staying here!! :)

It is a good villa with a nice swimming pool that we almost stayed to swim all the time. We always get quick responses whenever we need help.

Roberts Unterkunft ist ein Juwel. Für eine kleine Familie ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Der Zugang zum Strand ist in paar Minuten zu erreichen. Der Zugang ist allerdings sehr steil. Mit Kinderwagen oder Leute mit Rollstuhl oder mit körperlicher Einschränkungen eine kleine Herausforderung. Ansonsten kann man bis zum Bandara Resort gehen und dort den Abhang runter, der ist nicht so steil. Der Ao yon Beach haben wir geliebt. Er ist perfekt für Kleinkinder, da es so gut wie keine Wellen gibt und er ist nicht so überlaufen. Auf der Hauptstraße gibt es ein paar kleine authentische Thai Restaurants. Auch halal. Für uns war das der perfekte Ort.

The Airbnb is very comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Mark is a very good host who is always available and reacts fast. The housekeepers are very friendly and do clean the airbnb (dont forget to tip them) :) I really can recommend this airbnb to all of you , Enjoy your vacation !

非常好的房源，社区非常干净，房子也很干净，该有的设施都有。距离芭东步行街很近但是并不会吵闹。

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The location was perfect right in-between Kamala beach and Patong. The view is stunning and having your own private pool is such a nice feature. The villa has plenty of space and 5 bathrooms, which makes it very easy to stay with a group.

Absolutely fantastic property which looks better than the photos. Plenty of space and private as the through road only leads to a hotel. Rooms are big, stylish and with great bathrooms. Pool and outside area is great and very clean. Easy instructions and good communication throughout, I would 100% recommend this property

We had an excellent stay at this place. The apartment was clean and located in a great area. Jacob was very helpful and responsive. If you’re visiting Phuket and want to be close to Patong Beach, this place is definitely worth considering. The rooftop deck offers stunning views, and the city is easily accessible. Our group had plenty of space. The daily maid service was fantastic, making it feel like a mini resort without the crowds. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again in the future.

Отличный таунхаус для семейного отдыха или отдыха большой компанией. Отдельный садик оказался очень кстати для игр детей. В доме есть все, что нужно для комфортного отдыха. Уборка и замена белья раз в неделю. По самому месту - хороший поселок в лагуне. Постоянно курсирующие шаттлы до пляжа и по самой лагуне. С точки зрения поддержки арендодателя все также на высшем уровне - организовали трансфер из аэропорта, встретили в доме, провели экскурсию по району, были на связи. Остались исключительно приятные впечатления.

We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

Ein tolles großes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer. Ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und genügend Platz in der Küche. Das Interieur ist renoviert und in gutem Zustand. Wir haben von hier aus 14 Tage lang mit dem Auto Phuket erkundet und mochten die Lage zwischen Bang Tao und Surin Beach und Kamala Beach sehr! Die Schlafzimmer sind alle Klimatisiert.

We had an incredible time in this spacious four-bedroom villa. Every room felt bright and fresh—and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, coffee machine, and microwave. Having the washing machine and hair dryers was so convenient. The pool area was our favourite spot: clean, private, and perfect for morning swims . The host’s attention to detail really stood out—they provided beach towels, bath tabs, and everything else we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Отдых прошел замечательно. Хост позаботился об удобном для меня времени въезда и выезда. В доме есть всё необходимое, также уже предусмотрена и включена еженедельная уборка. Собственная парковка и внутренний дворик - всё очень удобно. Кондиционеры все рабочие) по общению тоже всё понравилось, отвечали понятно и быстро! Спасибо за приём ✨

This is a wonderfully private villa in a very nice group of modern villas. It is very very safe. The house is very large and the hosts are responsive.
