Family-friendly holiday rentals in Thalang District

Yulia's place is stunning! It's exactly like the photos and exceptionally maintained. Yulia's communication was great, with advice on preordering groceries, and she arranged a cot which honestly was in better shape than almost every place I've stayed (incl many hotels), and she was super responsive about maintenance in the flat when there were a couple of niggles, and it helped that she had a local contact that could help out too. The location is amazing, the condo has a number of stunning pools, isnt far from the airport, and is right on a peaceful stretch of Mai Khao beach. There are a few good beachside eateries around, or you can head to one of the big hotels for food. It's all walkable or you can get a local taxi just outside the condo. NOTE: one thing we did miss was that there is a deposit that needs to be paid in CASH. It's not an insignificant amount so just make sure you bring enough - we didn't and there was no way to pay it via a transfer or similar.

Fantastic stay!! The staff were super helpful with absolutely anything we needed. The beach was minutes away with loads of restaurants. A perfect holiday location!!

We had a great vacation. Pam took good care of us and helped with all the little things. She assisted us in organizing the transfer to the villa and sent us plenty of useful recommendations for places to visit. She was always available and quickly helped us solve any issues. The villa is excellent, with a very nice pool and a beautiful garden with flowers. The house has everything you need and even more. Our vacation went perfectly, largely thanks to Pam and her care for us. We had a wonderful time staying at this house!

We had a great couple of weeks in this clean, cool and comfy apartment, over Xmas and NY. Great shower, strong air con and a decent outdoor space on the balcony. It was 20 mins slow walk to the heart of Kamala Beach, and 5 mins out the back gate to get to a range of supermarkets and local food spots. The hosts arranged transport from the airport, which went like a dream. The road next the apartment block is always very busy, but that didn’t really disturb us. You do need to keep alert walking to the beach though (no pavement in places). We used the condo’s gym, which had a full range of dumbbells and a multi-use machine, and the pool was large and cool. It didn’t get the sun all day, but from about 11 you could grab a couple of hours there. We had fresh towels and cleaning a few days in, which was nice, and it was great to have the washing machine and detergent. The only sink is in the bathroom, but that room is huge, so plenty of room really. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay!

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

This villa is absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Peter was an amazing host during our entire stay. Very responsive and very proactive to our wants and needs. Chef Lee was absolutely fantastic. Her food was delicious and she was very attentive to our wants and needs as well. The cleaning ladies are amazing as well very sweet and helpful. Kept the place spic and span. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

We were a family, so maybe not the average visitors, but our original idea of going down to the beach often evaporated the moment the younger one realized he can almost stand in the pool. Thus we spent our time at the villa in the pool, in the jungle, at the local shops, in the Haifa cafe, with no need to even interact with the tourist hustle and bustle down there. The muezzin sings beautifully and clearly, the roosters too, the pool is the right size and depth, and the villa design was clearly inspired by Adolf Loos and his ideas about the Raumplan, he surely would have loved it too. We were happy there.

Katrina was a wonderful host. Due to torrential rains and flooding in Phuket on the day of our arrival, the house we had originally booked was sadly flooded. Katrina organized for us to have a different (larger) house in approx the same area, and for the same price. We are grateful for her organizing! We have all really enjoyed our stay, and the kids (age 9 to 17) really enjoyed the pool. Luck, the property manager, was sweet and helpful, and we had all we needed. Thanks!

For a long time, we chose a villa in the wonderful Laguna Fairway. The villa has all the necessary amenities, the villa has a wonderful view of the golf course, you can watch the games take place. The host Matthew was a very customer-oriented, honest, gracious and pleasant person. I was quick to respond to any questions. Matthew, thank you for a wonderful vacation in your cozy villa.

Very nice villa in a quiet area but within easy walking distance to the beach and the restaurants etc in Naiyang Beach. The second time we stayed in the villa.

Great Experience at Beyond Namaste Villa! Villa had amazing views and was big enough to accommodate our large group of 37 pax. It wasn’t easy helping to coordinate all our activities but Khun Oi and her team did the best they could for us! Villa is getting a little old but whenever we had any issues, Oi will assist us as soon as possible and we’re very thankful for that. The Villa could also help arrange for transportation and even a boat trip out to Coral Island which was a nice experience. Will definitely consider to stay at Beyond Namaste again! 🙂

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The villa is absolutely beautiful and spacious. It’s tucked away in an incredibly peaceful part of Phuket, just a short drive/walk from Bangtao Beach, which makes it perfect for a family getaway. The location felt private and serene, but was still close enough to some great restaurants, shops and even some markets. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making everything super smooth and stress-free. It's the seconde time I rent the villa and it's always perfect. Jerome is really nice and helpful. I really commend this house who is just perfect and few minutes from the Kamala beach.

Let Ovi cook it was the best food we have had - their hospitality was incredible!! The villa is beautiful and our family loved every minute! Superb stay at Villa Desi We had a wonderful time at Villa Desi! The stay was perfect in every way. The villa is beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with every comfort you need. The quiet location allows for total relaxation, while everything you might need is within easy reach. The hospitality of the owners was extraordinary; they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The pool and garden were well maintained and a lovely place to relax. Laurent‘s place was even better than in the photos and he as a host was very responsive. The place was clean, has everything that you need for vacation. The outside pool is really big with very clean water. The area is quiet and I recommend it if you are looking for a peacefull vacation. Will definitely come back!

Very glad we chose this bungalow. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We stayed the full week and got treated with at most respect like it was our first day. Great food and service. My friend and I stayed for a week. What a great deal! We had originally budgeted for a 1 bdrm and were thrilled to find an affordable 2 bdrm with 2 baths! The apartment is close to so many delicious restaurants and cute shops. There’s construction across the street, but it did not bother us. Highly recommend.
