We spent an amazing time at Baan Mai Khao. The apartment was terrific and ticked all the boxes. Kwan was very helpful about everything. Diego, the receptionist was great and gave us lots of tips as well. Even though you have mobility available through the shuttle bus, we would recommend renting a car at the airport to hace independence to visit further away places like Old Phuket, Patong, etc. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Reinol, Soledad y Jessica.

Nice place the end of street, quiet. It’s a separate house so you will get privacy. Good value for money. Aree is a professional host, big thanks.

We loved our stay at Boyd's place - so close to the beautiful Kamala beach - just a quick walk of 2 minutes down the road, and we were watching the incredible sunset with our feet in the sand. I can't say enough about the amenities of this villa. We were very pleased with the functional items, as we had been traveling for nearly a month, it was nice to do our own laundry (bring detergent), and there were racks and several outdoor decks for easy drying. There is everything you need to make and serve simple meals including a separate kitchen - if you wanted to do a big dinner you would have to bring in different items for prep and service, but with planning that's no issue. The space seats and sleeps at least 6 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor private areas are lovely, well-maintained, clean. The car park at the door is a great convenience. Nice beds, good decor, clean. Staff were professional and welcoming, and were available 24 hours a day. Everything as pictured or better!

We had a great vacation. Pam took good care of us and helped with all the little things. She assisted us in organizing the transfer to the villa and sent us plenty of useful recommendations for places to visit. She was always available and quickly helped us solve any issues. The villa is excellent, with a very nice pool and a beautiful garden with flowers. The house has everything you need and even more. Our vacation went perfectly, largely thanks to Pam and her care for us. We had a wonderful time staying at this house!

I think it was great stay to place in Phuket , I highly recommend for that place anyone stay to there peace and silent and then pascal also very nice, helpful and kindness person. I am actually at loss of words to describe Andy’s Villa. The Villa is located in an absolutely stunning locality and the Villa complex in itself is a place worth taking in for a couple of days. With beautiful sounds of chirping birds in morning and evening, taking a stroll through the Villa compound was absolutely amazing. Talking about Andy’s place, the Villa is tastefully done up and the staircase leading to the terrace gives the Villa a classy backdrop. The pool is nothing short of massive and for all swimming aficionados, this pool is good enough for getting your laps in, during mornings. And the pool toys provided by Andy are a lovely touch and are very useful with kids. Bangtao, as I could make out, is a very upscale neighbourhood of Phuket and hence the vibe of this area lifts you up for trying all that this neighbourhood has to offer, especially the proximity to Boat Avenue Area, which we fell in love with. Finally I big Thank You again to Andy for the stay. We will return

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

Katrina was a wonderful host. Due to torrential rains and flooding in Phuket on the day of our arrival, the house we had originally booked was sadly flooded. Katrina organized for us to have a different (larger) house in approx the same area, and for the same price. We are grateful for her organizing! We have all really enjoyed our stay, and the kids (age 9 to 17) really enjoyed the pool. Luck, the property manager, was sweet and helpful, and we had all we needed. Thanks!

Very happy with our choice! A cozy, clean villa 10 minutes from the best beach in Phuket Bang Tao, and sometimes walked to the lagoon. Very quiet neighborhood, feeling like you are out of town, although in 10 minutes there is life in the best places in Phuket. My son is allergic to dust, so cleanliness was especially important to us. Alexey responded to all questions and requests instantly, everything was resolved within a few hours on the day of appeal. I recommend to families, companies . The bedrooms are isolated from the living room, no one bothers anyone. Our first experience staying at the villa was a success. Thank you Alexey!

We chose this place as headquarters for our trip (15 days total). Since the moment we walked in the front door we were met with the exact description of the AirBnB we hoped to get. Spacious house with all the amenities, bathrooms for every room and amazing showers and tubs on the outside which gives us a sense of paradise. The pool was indeed the best part of the house with enough room for several people to enjoy the quiet and peaceful moments in the water. House completely equipment for the challenging Thai heat. Great AC units paired up with ceiling fans that will make sure the house is nice and cool. Also, every room has blinds. The washer and dryer were indeed a must, given the fact we had rain for multiple days. House situated in a calm and welcoming neighborhood. Sometimes the light switches to the bathrooms are in the rooms and it might take a little time to understand which is which. Highly recommend this place! We loved every single second!

We loved our stay here. Mon, the house assistant, was super helpful during our stay. The pool was awesome and the house was spotless. We rented a car and saw so much of Phuket. If we ever come back to Phuket, we would definitely stay here!

We stayed as a family with two kids. The area is really quiet and relaxing. The beach view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation is as described. Nata and Miss Tumm took immediate action when the washing machine got broken. They replaced it the next morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place this is what you need to book.

My friend and I stayed for a week. What a great deal! We had originally budgeted for a 1 bdrm and were thrilled to find an affordable 2 bdrm with 2 baths! The apartment is close to so many delicious restaurants and cute shops. There’s construction across the street, but it did not bother us. Highly recommend.

Awesome place! Super close to Phuket International Airport and they even offer free airport drop-off, which was super convenient. My flight was late at night and I asked if we could check in early — Chayot was really friendly and let us in around noon. The villa is gorgeous, the pool is absolutely stunning, and it’s just a short walk to the beach and some really good Thai restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay near the airport!
