Holiday rentals with lake access in Thalang District

Newly built- very clean - great staff - great area!

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

Elena was a great host. Very responsive and made herself available. There were a few things we needed help with on our second day and she sorted everything very quickly. The place was very clean and in a very central and convenient location. It is spread across 3 floors so that’s just good to be aware of. It worked perfectly for us.

From the booking to our departure, Rosee was very helpful with good tips for our Journey, trips etc... The villa is beautiful and Functional for a big group. We really enjoyed our time there and for sure we will come back.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

We stayed one month in this Airbnb. The apartment is modern like the building. It is a small apartment but it is well designed and you have everything for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, you can hear some noise as the apartment faces a busy street especially during the morning and evening. The apartment is very hot because gets the sun in the morning but the A/C works very well. The pool is very nice. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and it is located in Laguna, probably the best and well maintained area of Phuket. Nearby you have good restaurants. Communication with the host was perfect, very nice and always available. I would recommend due to the great location and because it is a modern apartment. If you stay for long time it may be a bit small.

Great host and condo. I’ll look for this place again next time I’m visiting Phuket.

Ondrej's place is great. His Property Manager Victoria could not have been more helpful and responsive. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years and stayed in Phuket quiet a number of times and have to say this was one of the best we have stayed in. Благодарность Владу за квартиру! Жилье очень понравилось. Оказалось лучше, чем ожидала. В доме было все необходимое. Сама квартира чистая и уютная, с прекрасным видом. Комплекс новый, рядом очень красивый парк с птицами, белками. Утром в парке можно заниматься йогой. Район очень красивый. Единственный минус района, что мало ресторанов, магазинов, массажных салонов. Но в целом это не проблема- я ходила пешком 1,5 км, также есть бесплатный трансфер на котором можно доехать. До моря идти минут 7-10 через парк. Сам пляж понравился. С радостью вернусь сюда еще!

The apartment is not large with two bedrooms, but very comfortable and cozy. For our family of 5 people of different ages, the apartment was perfect. Two bathrooms and a very comfortable kitchen, with everything you need for cooking and a large refrigerator were very useful. Among other things, the owners provided us with a crib and a high chair, for which we thank them very much. The apartment also has two balconies, on one we dried clothes, and on the other we enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake. The apartments are located in a good complex with walking paths, swimming pools and outdoor exercise equipment, and areas for children's games. There is also free parking on site. I also want to mention the river bus, which can take you to the beach and back in a matter of minutes; the children were delighted with this attraction. I would like to add that during our entire two-week stay, not a single problem arose, our stay was perfect, our family is very grateful for staying here

Only spent a day here.. Room is cozy. comfy bed. Bang tao is going to be on a whole another level in a couple of years. I'm planning to invest. Peaceful. beautiful lakes. huge not overcrowded beach. Plenty of beach bats and clubs
