A beautiful Red brick and stone house recently constructed in the serene, green coastal Konkan village of Thal with the beach a few minutes walking from our place. The house is surrounded by coconut groves, mature mango trees and a lovely lawn. The home built in traditional Konkan style has used teak wood from a 100 year old bungalow and all materials and labour have been sourced locally. Set in a rustic 5 acre farm with a rivulet that runs by the property (unfortunately only in the monsoon), Rashmi Farms is a great place to disconnect from the city (though we have wifi if you must work).
