Issing is located in the middle of the vacation paradise between Ammersee and Lech. Nature and culture invite you, e.g. Wörthsee, Pilsensee, Starnberger See, Andechs Monastery, Wieskirche, Neuschwanstein Castle, Fuggerstadt Augsburg and much more. Cycling and hiking trails invite you to go on excursions.

FeWo Lucy

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die FeWo befindet sich in der Mitte von München, Garmisch und Füssen, jeweils etwa 60km entfernt. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Badesee mit griechischem Restaurant. Circa7km entfernt kann man ein Warmfreibad besuchen. Der Ammersee ist in 15, der Starnberger See und der Staffelsee in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der knapp 2000 Einwohner zählende Ort verfügt über einen großen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, und zwei Banken.

The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

The cozy tiny house on the outskirts of the Voralpen village of Thaining invites you to linger. Wake up in the morning to the crowing of roosters and the ringing of bells. Relax on the terrace or in the garden, walk to the neighboring outdoor swimming pool or explore the beautiful area between Ammersee and Lech, Füssen and Munich. On a good 20 square meters, Tiny Thaining offers a separate bedroom, a sleeping loft and a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove.

Vacation home in the foothills of the Alps on the romantic road near Landsberg am Lech. Within less than an hour's drive, there is a lot to discover from here: the world-famous Munich, the old imperial city of Augsburg, Lake Ammersee and Lake Starnberg and the Bavarian Alps with the highest mountain in Germany, the Zugspitze in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Worthwhile excursion destinations are the castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, the Andechs Monastery and the Wieskirche.

Relax in Thaining in the beautiful Lechrain between Lech and Ammersee in our 58 m² non-smoking apartment newly renovated in 2025. It can accommodate up to four guests and small guests are welcome. Extensive equipment is available for the little ones. For bicycles, there is a lockable room. Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area (30 km/h zone) on the outskirts without through traffic. Not suitable for cat hair allergy sufferers!

Apartment in a vacation paradise

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Country-Style Apartment at the Romantic Road

Your completely renovated country-style apartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and cyclists. It has a separate entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping area with double bed. Our house is located directly on the Romantic Road in Reichling in the beautiful Lechrain, about 15 minutes from Landsberg am Lech or Lake Ammersee. Munich or the Alps can be reached in about an hour. In the annex is the local bakery.

In just a few minutes you can reach Lake Ammersee, the Alps, Munich and the historic city of Landsberg am Lech. Two bicycles and free parking are at your disposal – ideal for exploring Bavaria on your own and enjoying absolute peace and quiet at the same time.

Waldhütte - Tiny House

Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.

Time out on the Lech

Stylish small apartment in a quiet location, with terrace and small garden close to nature near Lech. You are a five-minute walk from the reservoir, where you can also swim and boat in the summer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace in the back garden and a cool beer by the river in the evening. We would be happy to advise you on possible activities in detail on site.
