Our vacation home is located in the most beautiful and peaceful spot on the outskirts of recreational park "De Krim" overlooking the 18-hole golf course and the dunes of Texel. This house was completely renovated and renovated in 2015 and offers a lot of luxury and comfort and is a wonderful place to stay in both summer and winter period. * It is always safer to send a message first before booking. Spacious studio with private terrace

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, mid-century inspired vacation studio. A lovely studio with a spacious living room, private (separate) bathroom, sleeping loft (note: narrow steep staircase) and private outdoor terrace with seating and parasol. The studio has a spacious kitchen counter with various kitchen facilities. The studio is remarkably light through the many windows. Please note: due to the narrow and steep stairs to the sleeping loft, it is not suitable for the elderly or disabled.

Our chalet is located on the edge of the lively coastal village of De Koog. A chalet is a modern "mobile home", not a cottage. There is room for up to 4 people. It is not suitable for families with very young children or baby's. A small but complete holiday home. The chalet has its own parking space and garden. The bus stops nearby and facilities are within walking distance. The access road (50 km/h) to and from the village is 25m from the chalet. Price per night excludes tourist tax.

Bed & Beach Sea of Time

Cozy, complete, clean, stylish, that's what our guests often write. The B & B can accommodate 2-3 people. Private entrance. Spacious living room with small shower and toilet. Beautiful upper floor with a lovely box spring. In the living room a nice sofa bed. Good wifi and smart tv. Small kitchenette (no cooking facilities) with fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, milk frother, kettle, toaster and combination microwave. Breakfast is not included in the price.

Tenthuis Duinzicht Texel peace, space & privacy

Our Tenthuis is, completely free, behind on our private property, a former agricultural company, in a magnificent place on Texel overlooking the dunes where you can see the Scottish Highlanders grazing in the distance. The tent house was created on an old farm car with a wooden skeleton with a tent cloth. Reuse of materials has been used as much as possible during construction. For extra space there is an awning, with a wood stove. Luxury camping with ultimate outdoor feel.

Beach House Makai - Finish Sauna & Beach at 400m

Beach House Makai is a spacious 8-person holiday home for families, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the cozy center of De Koog. The house offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay, with Finnish sauna, 2 modern bathrooms with rain showers, 4 spacious bedrooms, a patio with picnic table and a cozy living room with a generous 8-person corner sofa and large dining table. *only bookable for groups where the primary guest is at least 24 years old, or upon request.

Luxurious and spacious appartment in a converted original Texel sheep barn (Boet). Spectacular view. BnoB: breakfast is not included, but a supermarket is just nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bedroom. Total floorspace is approx. 65 m2. Comfortable underfloor heating throughout. Free Wifi, TV. The boet holds only one appartment which is situated on the ground floor, so you won't be sharing with other guests.

Heidehof Vacation Home

Heidehof is a detached cottage for 6 persons located in one of the most beautiful areas of Texel. On the West side of the island near the woods and the beach with an free view over the meadows, the dunes and the church of Den Hoorn. Rabbits, buzzards, harriers and owls regularly visit Heidehof. In the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful starlit sky in the Netherlands, kept warm by the log fire in the fireplace.

As of January 1, 2026, Adults Only applies. Space, tranquility, views and a cozy apartment. We have lovingly refurbished and decorated this apartment. It is one of the two indoor apartments behind our barn, shared garden but private terrace where you can enjoy nature and the view over the fields.

Our cozy and stylish Juttertje is ideal for a pleasant stay for two people. You won't lack anything! The central location, on the edge of the city center of Den Burg, makes it an excellent base for discovering Texel. For a fee, you can use the sauna and/or rent bicycles.
