Guesthouse holiday rentals in Texas City

We had everything we need except a table and chairs to eat at. Maybe a folding table and chairs would be great. It was very clean. I loved the comfy bed. We had lots of snacks and drinks. I also loved all the clean white towels and wash cloths. We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you so much.

Great place to stay! Safe neighborhood, walkable to park and close to downtown. Matched photos and description with an easy check in and check out. Highly recommend!

I have not one complaint. It was perfect for my lifestyle, which is quiet in the evenings. Everything worked. Only suggestion would be a clock - I brought my own because I need digital with large numbers. Highly recommend for a super home away from home!

I stayed with Lisa for about 3.5 months and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I’m a young girl and needed a safe place to stay for work. I couldn’t have picked a better place. The bed was so comfortable, the place was cutely decorated, and everything I needed was there. Lisa herself was wonderful to be around and very friendly! She would always respond fast and help me with anything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Airbnb in HTX!

Lovely little studio guesthouse in a beautiful neighborhood. Felt extremely safe and close by to a few coffee shops and restaurants. Even an uber wasn’t too much for something a little further away. Was able to find street parking even later into the night. Would definitely recommend!

This is probably the best Airbnb in Galveston. It's in a very good newer area on the island. It's close to everything and there is access to fish there, the fishing is off hook! My 3 year old son caught his first fish here. The unit its self is really nice, the bathroom is very large and the water pressure is out of this world in the shower. The unit is also fully stocked with everything, great selection of coffee and tea. I like that it's on Mary's property. I was never worried about my stuff because she's on site. She's super nice and helpful. If I could give her a 100 stars I would, highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

The visual instructions for how to enter the unit we're some of the clearest I've ever encountered on Airbnb, and I really appreciated that. the kitchen was well-equipped, and Phuong thoughtfully left some water and snacks. The bed is super comfortable! I really loved the neighborhood- nice walking paths and trees.

I’d highly recommend staying here. Everything is exactly as described. The bed is comfortable and place was clean. It was safe, quiet, and private. It will be the first place I look to for availability when traveling to the Houston area.

This was my second time staying here and I felt completely at home, the space was beautiful and very cozy, inside the accommodations were perfect, had everything well thought out and easily accessible. The room was clean and well decorated. Outside the deck and backyard area were lovely and a wonderful place to relax, the property overall is really well laid out and taken care of, for the price this is an amazing value, far better than a hotel room of the same cost, would happily stay again.

The house was very clean, beautiful, easy to find, and located in a great area. It was also very comfortable. The directions were very clear, and I really enjoyed my stay. Ben, thank you for letting us stay at your house — we’ll gladly book again in the future!

This was the getaway we were looking for! Matt was a top of the line host in every sense. He was super friendly and accommodating. The home felt just like we had escaped to tropical setting without the plane ride and security check. We can’t wait to go back.

Vicki was very friendly and went the extra step to help us settle in. The place was much better than many other ( excellent) places we’ve stayed. In summary, this place is perfect. Side note: there was some confusion getting in the gate. Ultimately my fault. But, AirB&B is to blame for flooding my inbox with 17 emails. More current emails would “tax onto” older emails and effectively hide the newer ones. Ergo, I couldn’t find the gate code when it was sent.

We had a great weekend stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and private. Self-check-in was a breeze and the host kindly accommodated our slightly early arrival. The location was fantastic; easily walkable to the main drag in the Montrose neighborhood and most importantly to the West Alabama Ice House. This spot was the perfect base for our time in Houston!

We had an incredible time staying at Blanche’s place! We felt right at home and it’s a close ride to the city core. I would stay here again. Thank you for all of the incredible suggestions for food and activities we had a great time!

I stayed here with my one-year-old for a week while working in Houston downtown. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. It was a huge benefit to us to have access to the garage spot, especially due to the heavy rain that week. The place is very clean and has thoughtful amenities like snacks and toiletries and coffee/tea. Both bathrooms have shower/tub combos and plenty of storage space. The closets are GREAT!! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay! I wish I was still there. I was able to walk to great restaurants and happy hours (try Better Luck Tomorrow). Wonderfully green, quiet neighbourhood. The space was very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the washing machine. I hope to be back. :)

This airbnb was beautiful and super clean! And the location was perfect! I was able to walk to a lot of nearby restaurants/businesses. I will definitely rebook it next time i’m in Houston :)
