Condo holiday rentals in Teulada

Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

Non posso che consigliarvi appieno La Casetta di Anna. Spesso le foto non corrispondono alla realtà...beh, in questo caso l'alloggio è molto più bello di come risulta in foto! Casetta accogliente, perfettamente climatizzata, provvista di tutto il necessario e non, pulitissima in tutto e per tutto. Per quanto si tratti di una "casetta" ci si muove benissimo, gli spazi non sono per niente ristretti. Alloggio perfetto...per non parlare poi di Sabina. Proprietaria dolcissima, disponibile a concordare un orario di check-in, attenta agli ospiti e a garantire il massimo dei servizi. Siamo stati davvero bene in tutto e per tutto. Questa casetta è un amore...non saprei come altro descriverla!

Wir waren Ostern hier und haben wunderschöne Spaziergänge machen können. Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich und sehr kompetent beraten. Die Gastgeber haben versucht, uns den Aufenthalt schön zu machen. Das Studio war liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Es stand Kaffee bereit und zur Begrüssung erhielten wir eine grosse Flasche Weiswein vom eigenen Weinberg. Abgefahren sind wir mit einer Flasche Roten, auch eigene Produktion, die wir am letzten Abend probieren sollten. Der Ort ist wenig touristisch, auch das mochten wir. Rundum zufrieden. Werden gerne wiederkommen.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

La casa è stata davvero ottima per le esigenze mie e della mia ragazza: pulita, ordinata e confortevole. La zona è molto tranquilla e sicura, non ci siamo mai preoccupati di niente. Gentilissime e sempre a disposizione sia la signora Silvana che la signora Susanna, ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e per questo le ringraziamo davvero tanto. Sicuramente, qualora dovessimo tornare in Sardegna, il primo alloggio che prenderemmo in considerazione sarebbe proprio questo!

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in Stefanias Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und verfügt über Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man kann den Tag auf der Terrasse beginnen und abends auch lange draußen sitzen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt und in das Zentrum kann man sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Cafes und kleine Läden zum Schlendern. Pula ist ein wirklich schönes kleines Städtchen, das einen Besuch wert ist. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Stefania absolut empfehlen.

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Tiziana is een superhost, zeer behulpzaam en het appartement was kraaknet. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en in de nabijheid zijn lekkere restaurantjes die Tiziana ons aanraadde. Evenals een bezoek aan het natuurpark Molentargius. Ook het oude stadscentrum en de aanpalende buurten zijn de moeite waard.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

la ubicación es fantástica enfrente para el autobús de la linea 10 que te deja en dos paradas en los puntos de interés , a quince minutos andando de la estación de tren lo único que heche en falta fue un microondas pero no es imprescindible , mucho mejor que las fotos y Francesco es muy amable y te da muy buenos consejos

We had a wonderful time in Cagliari. Alessandro’s place was perfect for 2, charming furniture, peaceful, great air conditioning. He responded quickly to messages, helping us find a supermarket locally. We found several gorgeous restaurants, all within walking distance. Excellent all around, highly recommended. Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Viertel in Cagliari und man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen, von Restaurants über Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und auch der Whirlpool (50€ Zuzahlung) waren sauber und wirklich angenehm! Giorgia war eine super Gastgeberin und immer sehr freundlich! Wir haben in dem Parkhaus ca. 450m entfernt für 10€/Tag geparkt, da wir in den Straßen, in denen man parken darf, leider kein Glück hatten:) Für Leute mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder ältere Menschen könnten die Treppen in der Wohnung vielleicht etwas steil sein, uns hat das nicht gestört :) Die Wohnung war wirklich komplett sauber, allerdings scheinen Wohnungen in der Altstadt von Cagliari wohl insgesamt ein Problem mit Kakerlaken zu haben, wir hatten leider auch ein paar davon in der Wohnung bzw. im Kleiderschrank.. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit super Lage in Cagliari! :)

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è molto ampio e bello, eravamo in quattro e ognuno ha proprio avere la sua stanza. I bagni sono due, entrambi dotati di doccia. L'appartamento è in zona abbastanza centrale e vicino c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la macchina. È dotato di tutto (asciugamani, phon, persino ombrellone da spiaggia). Rita è molto disponibile e ci ha anche dato molte informazioni utili per visitare Cagliari. Consigliatissimo

Anna fue muy amable , nos esperó en el apartamento para recibirnos , nos dejó recomendaciones de las playas y donde comer . El apartamento era espacioso Recomiendo alojarse en su aparatamento .

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Massimiliano und Manuela sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr nett und unkompliziert, die beiden haben immer sofort und sehr freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert. Auch die Lage war perfekt für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

une merveille, petit nid douillet, petit déjeuner ou repas avec vue exceptionnelle, excellents échanges avec simonetta. situation idéale pour plages magnifiques, Cagliari, ballades, tout quoi. on a passé un merveilleux séjour chez simonetta. nous recommandons absolument absolument.

A perfect stay. Alessandro was an excellent host, meeting us at both check-in and check-out, offering to help with luggage and even lovingly preparing a welcome snack of fruits and meats, and stocking the cupboards with essentials. The apartment was amazing - roller black out blinds for the kids, pristine swimming pool and sun deck, all the amenities, aircon, and even a BBQ which we used twice. Everything was thought through and well catered for. Location-wise, it suited us perfectly - never a problem with noise, parking, a park 5 minutes away, a small shop 1 minute away, and just a 5-10 minute walk into town. As for Pula and South Sardinia itself - perfect; incredible beaches, great food and friendly locals.

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines absolument parfaites dans la villa de Monica et Claudio. Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants, et très disponibles. La maison avec sa piscine a été bien située à proximité de la plage, des supermarchés et des restaurants. Leur voiture nous a été utile pour faire des excursions à Cagliari, Pulla, Villasimus, les plages de Chia, Oristabo et Barumini. C'était parfait.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht. Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber, extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sowohl Check-in wie auch Check-out waren unglaublich flexibel und reibungslos. Kann es jedem empfehlen!

This was a great place to stay… beautiful view. The host was more than helpful and accommodating. He responds very quickly. I will definitely be coming back!
