Just as advertised, clean compact studio. Comfortable bed and pillows. Note, it is on the 4th floor so be ready to get your steps in. The shower is very small so if you’re taller/bigger be mindful of that. Host is pretty responsive and helpful. Also, you are in the center of moda which is poppin with coffee shops and restaurants everywhere, but because this is the 4th floor I didn’t have an issue with the noise, especially with the A/c on- no problems sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

Among all the hosts I've met through Airbnb, he was by far the kindest. He allowed me to check in earlier than the scheduled time and told me I could ask for anything I needed during my stay. On my last day, he even treated me to a coffee downstairs. He was like a father figure — such a genuinely good person. The house was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for a total of 7 nights and 8 days, and if I ever return to this area, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for offering such a lovely place to stay. We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

My mother had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was incredibly helpful and super responsive throughout the stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to Bostancı Station and about 10 minutes to the bus stop. There are two convenience stores nearby and several great dining options, including a pizza place and a delicious börek shop. The house itself is very well maintained, with fantastic security and a very easy check-in process. We felt very comfortable and safe the entire time. Alex was a fantastic host, staying in touch throughout our week-long stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. The apartment was excellent — clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

Loved this neighbourhood so much. So many great cafes and chill local vibes. We are so happy that we stayed here. We slept really well and feel so lucky that Omer allowed us to check in earlier and later. He was super flexible and easy to communicate with.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished! The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to it every morning was unforgettable. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy.
