Hello , as already described. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Good location , metro and minibuses can be reached quickly. The Bayram is very helpful is always available if you have questions. Only the only downside is that the apartment is on the 5th floor. And the house does not have an extract. But otherwise a top place to stay.

Good place to stay and visit istanbul

This house is truly a corner of heaven. Very pleasant, very warm, all kinds of facilities available. 4 adults can easily stay. The house has a very cute garden full of fruit trees. There are tables both in the garden and on the balcony where you can eat your meals. The house is in a very central location, only a few minutes walk from the pier, but the bedrooms overlook the garden and the interior of the house is very peaceful and quiet. The house had everything we needed, from iron to coffee makers. In the spring, the garden of the house can be the best place in the world. We stayed in the fall, but we will be back in the spring. If you want to stay in Heybeliada, you really don't have to go far. Finally, the host is very kind and helpful, allowing us to use the bike on the balcony and collect pomegranate from the garden, it was a flawless experience for us.

The house is 5-10 minutes away from the metro. 7 stops to Sabiha Gokcen airport I stayed alone, but 2 people can stay comfortably. The host responds very quickly and is very kind. The house is clean, I had no problems.

Sinem was an incredible host during our stay! She was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated our requests in the most hospitable way. The apartment was incredibly clean and well taken care of — it is a beautifully decorated, gorgeous place to stay while also being located very centrally in Istanbul!

Mr. Kivanc was able to take care of all our problems about our stay. The view is surprisingly even better than it looks. A very organized AirBnB. To the attention of guests and strangers who will come to the sway - Google maps data is out of date! Some of the streets are wrongly named, and it turns out that there are no roads on some of the streets, etc. Well, don't trust Google too much!

i did not have any problems during my stay, everything was as it should be, the view was especially good, I recommend.

The view was great, the beachfront was a really great benefit. It was a quiet, peaceful and enjoyable stay experience. There was no parking problem.
