He was an amazing, fantastic and kind host, very understanding of my families needs, flexible with check in and check out when we were in a jam. Very responsive to any issues we had. Located on a quiet street with free parking and €20 a day lot as well but only one block from the Main Street of Noto. The roof has a fantastic view that is nice to relax on in the morning and at night. When we checked out he gave us fresh bread that was fantastic and warm and it was his Birthday, if I could give him extra stars I would and I would definitely love to come back. Thank you thank you! We loved our stay.

Anna's place is idyllically located – ideal for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. At the same time, you can quickly reach the next city or the beach by car, which ensures maximum flexibility. Particularly charming: Anna occasionally organizes small, lovingly events. During our stay we were allowed to participate in the event and felt even more welcome. Communication with Anna was always quick, open, and straightforward. Flexible check-in also went smoothly. We felt comfortable from start to finish. On our next stay in Sicily, Anna's place will be our first choice. :-)

Fantastic place — just like in the photos! Spotless, tidy, and super cozy. Fabrizio was incredibly helpful and made everything easy for us. We’d recommend this place to anyone! Modica is a great base for south-east exploration. Enjoy your stay — you’re going to love it!
