Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki River! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. From the yard you can reach the forest, where there are paths and in winter sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! A barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging for a different fee - to be agreed!

Charming log cabin on the shores of the Kemijoki River

Relax in a log cabin built in 1811 by the beautiful Kemijoki River. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the courtyard, there is a new sauna/toilet, a barbecue hut and a terrace. Another sauna, which can be rented separately during the summer, is right on the beach. There is a hot tub next to the sauna, as well as a gazebo equipped with an 8-burner barbecue. A rowboat is available for guests to use. Linen and towels are included in the price. Spring water comes from the taps. In the quiet of the countryside, the soul rests!

House by the river, Loue Tervola

A villa in a scenic location by the Loue River. A spacious barbecue hut and outdoor sauna (5 people), as well as wood are included in the price. Berry and outdoor terrain nearby. Fishing opportunity on your own beach (Perch, Pike) Easy to go outdoors right from the cottage yard to the peace of nature. Possibility to also rent a new ATV Polaris Sportman 570. Linens and towels included in the price. Kätkävaara nature trail nearby. There are hundreds of kilometers of different outdoor trails in the area.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi , only some steps to the water (or ice in winter). Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells, marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive -with no street lights.

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
