Located about 10 km from the center of the capital, it is ideal for those people who are looking to stay in a quiet and cozy place that at the same time allows them to quickly access different centers of interest. It is located about 14 minutes from Dinópolis and half an hour from some of the villages on the list of the most beautiful villages in Spain, such as Albarracín and Rubielos de Mora.

La Mimbrera - Sarga Rural Apartment

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Studio with one bedroom, living room and bathroom fully equipped with the basic tools for the stay. The studio is on the top floor of the house, attic style and rustic decoration. A third person can be accommodated in the extra bed that is installed in the living room. The house consists of an interior patio on the ground floor, which can be accessed by the different apartments that have the room.

This home has been happily inhabited by members of our family since its construction in 1914 and we have currently fully rehabilitated it while retaining its original rustic style. It has two double bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom on the first floor and a sofa bed, a toilet and a living room-kitchen with pellet stove on the ground floor, in addition to parking for three cars and a patio of approximately 60m2 with gas barbecue.

My house is a refurbished ground floor in the historic maritime neighbourhood of el Cabañal, Valencia. It has a beautiful bedroom with queen bed, terrace, wifi, air conditioning and is located 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. With a modern and minimalistic approach, this amazing space has been dressed up with selected furniture and a collection of beautiful plants for the delight of my beloved guests.
