Nestled amidst the picturesque rolling hills of the Monferrato Countryside, it offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains . The property provides ample parking for three cars and a spacious, secure garden. It also features a panoramic swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, and relaxing zones. What truly sets No18 apart is the ever-changing landscape, the serene and tranquil ambiance, and the stunning views.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Ancient 18th century villa, built among the sweet, rolling hills of Monferrato, with panoramic views of vineyards, fields, forests and the spectacular Alps in the background, in a UNESCO world heritage land. Possibility of relaxing or sporting activities such as hiking, mountain biking, indoor climbing, horseback riding, golf and more. Swimming pool available for our guests.
