Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Our mini-house offers you the relaxation and privacy you seek after a day spent on the wonderful beaches nearby, including the Terracina Promenade and Levante Beach, both about 2.5 km away from us. We are located in a strategic point, just outside the city center and its summer nightlife, but at the same time close to the historic center, fascinating for its cultural value, and easily reachable on foot in just 10 minutes.
