A beautiful house with great views! It’s private, clean, spacious, well-equipped with everything we need. Check-in and communication with Maria is very easy and we also got great recommendations for restaurants. Bonus is 2 cute dogs 🐶🥰

Perfect place for a few days on this beautiful island. The house is in a very quiet area, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Beautiful view from a spacious terrace. Special mention for Mrs. Restituta who was super helpful and very attentive to our needs. What can I say, super recommended. Price is average for the island in almost high season. Quiet, cozy and full of light. Go there!

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

The accommodation was nice and clean. Georgia and her boyfriend were nice and helpful. She accommodated us with a late arrival due to a delayed flight. She also prepared a sweet snack for us. We recommend this accommodation.

Looks exactly like the photos, super clean and large apartment, very bright in a beautiful quite neighborhood, next to the Main Street ( a lot of local shops and restaurants) and close to the beach. Marco was very helpful with lots of recommendations. A visit to the island of Ponza from the port at 10 minutes walk is definitely a must.

We had a great time at Maria's and everything was good. The roof terrace with sea view was the highlight of the apartment. The best thing about the area was definitely the miles of sandy beach and the beautiful stretch of coastline.

Rita was extremely helpful when we had issues getting in which was totally my fault as I forgot to check out the pictures she sent. But we got in without a hitch and had a great stay!

What a nice house! Even though we were there before a death, we really had a home feeling. Beautiful, quiet and clean home. The communication was very good. We will definitely be back soon! Found a nice place to return to my homeland more often. Thank you for everything.

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.

The description and photos in the listing are completely accurate — what I saw online was exactly what I found upon arrival. The value for money is excellent, especially for those looking to explore Rome at a more relaxed pace. I recommend having a car, as the location makes it easy to drive to a station on Metro Line A, which provides direct access to many of the city’s main attractions. Another big plus is the private parking, which adds convenience and a sense of security. I definitely recommend this place!

Everything was amazing! The house was quiet, clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view. Francesco was super communicative and proactive, he gave us local recommendations and helped with any questions we had. The restaurant he recommended us was amazing - he even made a recommendation for us, making the whole experience seamless. His mom, Paola, was really friendly and helped us navigate the check in, check out, and questions at the airbnb. When they saw us having questions navigating to the train station, they even offered us a ride! Truly the e best hosts ever!

A wonderful view from which you would never disconnect frame the accommodation, cared for with the kindness that distinguishes Silvia, her mother and her sister. The apartment is simple but very equipped, and equipped with precautions that are not always found in b&b (detergents, coffee, oil, salt, etc.). Despite the surprise (my mistake in not reading well because it was absolutely written!) in understanding that the space of the terrace I believed was private was actually shared, our accommodation did not lack anything, not even privacy. Four beautiful days, and a simply perfect location to explore Ponza and have all the comforts at your fingertips.
