The house provides 4 equipped bedrooms (bed/table/bath), wardrobe, ceiling fan and three of them with direct access to the pisicina and a suite, totaling 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with crockery and appliances. Kiosk with table, barbecue and skewers. Equipped laundry and beach chairs. Living room with TV and fireplace, Wi-Fi and 24-hour security.

Perfect terrace for sunbathing. Very ventilated without the need for air-conditioning. The space has everything to cook. Dry and ventilated with temperature control by the windows. New furniture and planned for home office. We don't host smokers. We do not host pets. We do not offer sheets and towels.

The house is in Arroio Teixeira, And the house is very cozy, with comfortable beds, it is practical, clean, wonderful place to rest, read in the shade... easy to clean/maintain, close to the beach, (5 / 6 blocks) , can be reached on foot, quiet and quiet place.
