Waterfront holiday rentals in Terme Vigliatore

We came by taxi from the airport. Antonietta waited for us in the apartment and told us about what we saw around us, gave tips on restaurants and told us about dishes you should try when you are in Aci Castello. The apartment was well equipped, but we were probably too late to use the mosquito spray. Walking distance to Aci Trezza and Catania is also not far away (by bus). After purchasing swimming shoes, we tried a small swim in the sea that lies just below the apartment. Here it must be said that we had problems both getting in and out of the sea due to large rocks that had to be forced. The apartment is well equipped and we bought food and ate breakfast "at home", also made a couple of dinners in the city to eat out. The terrace was fantastic and we sat outside all the time, except when we wanted to watch the national match between Norway and Italy (which Norway won). I highly recommend both the location and the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Mazzaro at Rocco's property! Shortly after we booked a few months ago Rocco informed us that unfortunately the owners of this property needed it during our dates but he kindly offered his other property only a 2 minute walk away instead. For reference the property and listing is called (Luxury apartment and charm sea view Isola Bella). It was absolutely wonderful with the best view of the Baia di Sant'Andrea, just opposite Isola Bella. Less than 5 minute walk to both beaches and cable car up to Taormina. The property consists of both a downstairs and upstairs unit. Both were clean and the washroom downstairs newly renovated. My only small criticism is that Rocco uses an AI chatbot to help communicate with guests, so you will always get a response from "him" quickly, but the information might not be totally accurate. He would however always correct 'himself' within 24 hours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is so beautiful!

Everything is perfect in this apartment! We were beautifully welcomed by Béatrice, Paola's colleague. What an extraordinary welcome and what a charming person! She provided us with an incredible amount of information about both Palermo and the whole of Sicily. Paola was an extremely attentive and proactive host to all our requests. We highly recommend this apartment, the photos of which correspond exactly to reality. Thanks for everything Paola!

There was a problem with the water in the apartment we had booked so Giuseppe had swapped us into one of his other apartments before arrival. It was beautiful and spacious, the decor was lovely. One of the nicest apartments we have stayed at in our Sicily trip. Licata itself is more of a working port, the location of the apartment is lovely, however it is not the most touristic of areas when you venture further out from the main part . Giuseppe sent us some excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars, and the harbor away from the commercial area is lovely.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

Our stay in beautiful Tropea to attend a wedding was made even more special with our Stay at Casa Belvedere. Christina’s beautiful apartment exceeded all our expectations itself, along with its superb location. Mimma who assisted us with everything we needed upon arrival and during our stay was the most adorable warm hearted lady, which only elevated our stay even more. Thank you Christina and we will definitely be staying with you again sometime very soon in beautiful Tropea. Allen and Leila

Antonio was always available and helped organize our transportation into and out of the house. He recommended sightseeing and restaurants in Reggio which was very helpful. Also recommended Scilla a beautiful train ride to a beach town for a day. Wonderfully helpful.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, classic apartment. Alessandro was friendly and welcoming, there were lovely, over the top touches like having coffee, a lemon and garlic in the fridge as well as breakfast. The neighborhood is incredibly central, walkable to a seemingly infinite restaurant selection and many museums. We would strongly recommend Alessandro’s apartment in this beautiful city.

We spend wonderful week at Alfio's place. All good reviews are hundred percent correct. View is amazing! Flat is very clean and cosy. There is air conditioning for every room separately. It's everything what you need and even more. Flat is simple but everything is solid and good quality. The area is great. All aperitivo we had on the terrace was with amazing view, quiet area and we were really satisfied. Hosts are very helpful and were responding to us very fast :) We will go back for sure :) Grazie di cuore :)

Viviana and her mum were great hosts and helped us in every way they could. The location is superb, within a few minutes walk from a very quiet beach. The surroundings are beautiful with olive and lemon trees all over the place. We had one of the most relaxing holidays ever!

We had an excellent stay in Dario’s lovely apartment. The roof terrace with the jacuzzi and view of Etna is stunning! The rest of the apartment is spacious, well designed and comfortable - the kitchen was remarkably well equipped. Dario was a very responsive and helpful host and Riposto is well located for visiting the East coast of Sicily.

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

Incredible little cottage next to the sea. You share a courtyard with other apartments that has direct access to the beach. The cottage has a private terrace overlooking the sea, where we spent much of our time. Just a wonderful place--peaceful and serene with a few restaurants and bars in walking distance. Maia was a great host who gave clear instructions and communicated well.

Marcello's accommodation is amazing! 🙂 He is the soul of the accommodation, which makes it what it is. He is very warm, helpful and considerate. We received great tips and always felt perfectly taken care of. From the penultimate day, we were able to use the great platform for direct access to the sea. :) Access to the sea leads about 200-250? through Marcello's loving garden. There is a private parking space, which can be reached through 2 gates. Everything in the accommodation was clean and well maintained and there were a lot of details.

We had a good time at Giuseppe and Antonellas place. Enjoyed the view from the rooftop. It is placed in a charming part of town, with bakery and reTearants close by, and the churchbells ringing!

I enjoyed a great stay at Federico's apartment which is located right in the historic center of Cefalu, just a few steps from the beach, the cathedral, shops and restaurants! It was a great experience to stay in one of those old houses in the narrow streets of the historic center and still enjoy all the amenities of a modern, newly refurbished apartment. The place was very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment and hence was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the narrow street of historic Cefalu. Federico is an extremely nice host, very responsive and helpful! He provided great recommendations for restaurants, and for wonderful Kalura beach at the edge of Cefalu! Thank you for a truly memorable stay in Cefalu and I hope to come back sometime soon! I highly recommend this place!

We wanted to explore the historic city of Palermo so chose this AirBnB because the location was perfect to visit so many places. It also looked stylish and comfortable with lovely outside views. We were not disappointed - and would return there to explore more of Palermo that we could not see this time.....not enough holiday!

The house offers a stunning view over the sea and is located in a lively area with plenty going on — perfect for those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful suggestions for day trips provided by the host, which helped us discover the region in a relaxed way. The village itself is charming, with plenty of nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Opposite the house is a large square where locals gather every afternoon and evening. Children can play on the playground equipment, and there are also some outdoor fitness machines. That said, if you’re looking for total peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal spot — but if you enjoy energy, activity, and sea views, this is the place to be!

The hosts welcomed us very, very warmly and were always available for questions. The wonderful view of the "street of Messina" is a highlight. The spacious and very clean apartment has everything you could ask for. We were completely satisfied during our stay over 6 days. Glad to come back!
