Holiday rentals with beach access in Terme Vigliatore

The listing was located in a quaint village that included great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We took advantage of the seaside for our walks. Very good location. Less than two hours from the accommodation we could visit the places (Siracus, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna CE) recommended to visit Sicily. Thank you Antonietta for hosting us!

Salvatore is a great host in his apartment is in a wonderful location, walking distance to everything. His recommendations for pizza, restaurants and a granita are perfect. The view from the balcony is wonderful, it is protected from the sun and the rain so perfect on a hot day or a rainy day. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is a nice studio. The parking garage on the other end of the island is only 15 minutes away so this whole area is a cute concentrated and small beauty. Because you are in the middle of it all so it might be a bit loud, especially on weekends nights until the time the places serving alcohol close. Nothing earplugs and a white noise app can’t fix. I would stay here again absolutely. Thank you Salvatore!!

The access to the accommodation was a bit surprising at the end of May as you have to drive through a small stream to get to the end of the road. The entrance to the free underground car park is also a bit bumpy and it is recommended to unload the car upstairs at the apartment beforehand if it does not have high tyres. But once you arrive, the accommodation is really impeccable with a beautiful view of the sea. You can hear the sea rustling at night and can sleep with the windows open without hesitation. You can also get from the apartment directly to the beach via a small staircase. The accommodation was one of the cleanest I have experienced so far. The mocha pot for making coffee, which is unfortunately often neglected, was also really clean. All public transport as well as small bakeries and shops are within walking distance. Since you can use a free parking space, excursions by car are always easy. The place is really highly recommended.

The most beautiful space in a lovely seaside town. We had a very good time exploring close by destinations and walking around Stazzo and Acireale. We got groceries and dined on the balcony to enjoy the view and went swimming everyday in our personal lagoon steps away from the patio. Exceptional host and fabulous accommodations. Hope to go again soon!

We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Our stay in beautiful Tropea to attend a wedding was made even more special with our Stay at Casa Belvedere. Christina’s beautiful apartment exceeded all our expectations itself, along with its superb location. Mimma who assisted us with everything we needed upon arrival and during our stay was the most adorable warm hearted lady, which only elevated our stay even more. Alfio’s place is beautiful and situated in a quiet area with lots of wonderful restaurants and friendly locals. Alfio’s father, Mario, was also wonderful and for a small fee, took us out on his boat to explore and swim. Cannot wait to come back to this area when we return to Sicily.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Marcello's accommodation is amazing! 🙂 He is the soul of the accommodation, which makes it what it is. He is very warm, helpful and considerate. We received great tips and always felt perfectly taken care of. From the penultimate day, we were able to use the great platform for direct access to the sea. :) Access to the sea leads about 200-250? through Marcello's loving garden. There is a private parking space, which can be reached through 2 gates. Everything in the accommodation was clean and well maintained and there were a lot of details.

A beautiful Airbnb that has the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, but you are also in the middle of the beautiful old town. On the two balconies, you have the opportunity to have a cosy breakfast and watch the hustle and bustle on the street. The accommodation was clean and Claudio warmly welcomed us to the accommodation. There was even the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before check-in time. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Cefalu.

This apartment is in an amazing location right in the centre of Cefalù. The balcony view of the cathedral is truly stunning. Antonio was super responsive and left clear instructions and great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was beautiful - it seems to have been decorated since the photos were taken so there were some differences but great overall.

I enjoyed a great stay at Federico's apartment which is located right in the historic center of Cefalu, just a few steps from the beach, the cathedral, shops and restaurants! It was a great experience to stay in one of those old houses in the narrow streets of the historic center and still enjoy all the amenities of a modern, newly refurbished apartment. The place was very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment and hence was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the narrow street of historic Cefalu. Federico is an extremely nice host, very responsive and helpful! He provided great recommendations for restaurants, and for wonderful Kalura beach at the edge of Cefalu! Thank you for a truly memorable stay in Cefalu and I hope to come back sometime soon! I highly recommend this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at Robert and Francesco’s beautiful apartment in Cefalù. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

They say perfect is impossible. Here Maria, the host, has achieved the impossible. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well, we had a great time relaxing and looking out at the boats. AGAVE was a beautiful place nestled in the charm of Cefalù. Gorgeous high ceilings, spacious rooms and full of character. Three nights didn’t seem like enough time. The balcony off the kitchen was perfect for breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening glasses of wine. We loved this apartment as our home base for exploring Cefalù. It is an easy walk from everywhere. Maria provided fantastic recommendations! We were able to enjoy places in Cefalù we wouldn’t have known about without her recommendation.
