12/10 points are set! A great place to stay that is furnished with a lot of love for detail and is well equipped. Verena and Martin are great hosts who not only spoil their guests with great apricot jam (made by grandma), but also give tips for activities/tours at any time. Terlan is an excellent starting point for a varied vacation between Merano-Bolzano-Trento and the Dolomites. We felt very comfortable and look forward to another visit to Terlan.

We had a wonderful time in the lovingly furnished apartment of Petra and Sebastian in Terlan. The view of the mountains was breathtaking, fresh flowers and a bottle of regional white wine awaited us in the kitchen – a wonderful gesture that immediately gave us the feeling of arriving and feeling good. Our dog was not forgotten either: a lovingly assembled welcome basket with high-quality treats and a cuddly blanket was already waiting for him – simply great! Sebastian and Petra were always available, very helpful and provided us with fresh bread rolls every day. Thanks to their tips, we were able to get to know the area even better. We felt comfortable and welcome from the first moment – almost like at home. This property is a real insider tip for those who love peace, hospitality and nature. We can highly recommend the accommodation and are already looking forward to seeing you again!

Stay at Francisca's was wonderful. Great location on a beautiful and peaceful farm, easy to reach Bolzano and other cities in the surroundings by car or public transportation. Franzisca was super friendly and helpful at reception, giving lots of advice on what to do. Also, excellent place to s with your dog.

Best apartment in Europe v modern and wonderful location

Chalet Marianna was possibly our greatest Airbnb stay. Perfectly situated between Bolzano & Merano, which suited our Sud Tirol trip. It is on the mountain village, and a car is essential for care free travel. The house is spotless clean, fully equipped, and everything is of high quality. The host was very welcoming and gave great tips for local area. Do go to the recommended mountain chalets, they do an amazing South Tyrollean food. Price - quality is exceptional. It’s cheaper than many places in South Tyrol. Perhaps because it’s located on mountain village. But the location gives you tranquility and peace. Highly recommend Chalet Marianna to anyone travelling in the region. Especially those who wish to stay several days.

we liked it very much in Karl's beautiful apartment. Just above the delicatessen shop ZAR which is very convenient. The view is wonderful and the apartment is very modern and furnished to a high standard. we were able to charge our electric car at the cable car, which is a 5-minute walk away.

Looking for the perfect place to relax, maximum peace and cleanliness? You've chosen the right place! We spent two days here with the girl and I can say with confidence that this is the best place we have ever found through this app. Unique location, clean apartment, breathtaking panorama, jacuzzi and sauna were a pleasant surprise, especially in rainy weather. The stay in Daniel's apartment was very good. It was very clean and included all the things you need for a pleasant stay. The location, right at the beginning of the Goldgasse in Kaltern, is very good and you have all the necessary things (bakery, supermarket, restaurants) within walking distance. Communication with Daniel was very good and you received answers to inquiries in the shortest possible time. Thank you.

Giulios place offered such a peaceful and restoring getaway in the Dolomites. Provided amenities such as the washer/dryer, jacuzzi bath, and full kitchen made such a difference after a long day of hiking. Giulio was always available for communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Great affordable stay to be surrounded by the beautiful Italian mountains!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. We were at the forest chalet with our dog. The accommodation was sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable. Great food, good drinks in the main building. Soothing massages (not cheap) and a nice spa. Our accommodation was quiet and exclusive, we would love to come back.
