Jessica is perfect host, take care of house and support if needed. House was very comfy and very well equipped. I will come back if I need to stay in this area.

The cottage is truly a gem. The location is private and by the pond, only the birds were singing around. The setting in the cottage was perfect and everything has been thought of to make guests feel comfortable. The wood sauna got the best steam for a long time. It was easy and pleasant to communicate with Anita. If we come back in the same direction, this cottage would be our choice without any doubt. Thank you very much and recommend this cottage!💛

Everything went great! A great spacious apartment right in the center of Kokkola, just a stone's throw from the train station and services. Communication with Terho went smoothly all the time. Our trip was rescheduled at the last minute due to cancellation of trains during the day, and we were able to switch stays smoothly for the next day. Recommended!

Amazing private house with large yard and garden. Good place for outdoor barbecue and firecamp. Super helpful and kind host. We had a good and comfortable for a week.

Well-located and tidy cottage

An incredibly nice home in a perfect location. Our family of five adults spent a long weekend at Pia and Roy's place and really enjoyed it. The apartment is large enough to accommodate the whole family, fresh, and well equipped. The hosts responded quickly to messages, were nice, and easy to communicate with. The crown on the work was the wonderful wood sauna with great views. It was big enough to accommodate the whole family and was perfectly on the scale between hot and humid. The nice jetty with a ladder into the water made it easy to take a swim between laps. The location was perfect, the apartment was bright and nice, and we will stay here the next time we visit Jakobstad!
