A beautiful living room with a dining table (split, isolated, disconnected room), plus a charming kitchen that has all the essentials. It has a balcony and a small service area with a washing machine. There is another room which is not available, it is isolated, as we use it to store personal belongings. The apartment is located close to great restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy.
