Our space is in a prime area of the city, a quiet, pleasant place, surrounded by nature, next to UFPI and N. Sra de Fátima, daytime reference spot and night spot of the Capital. Nearby there are University Hospital, shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, beauty salons, etc. We are 10 minutes drive from the 3 malls of the city and 4,2 km from the airport.

Family unit with three private rooms: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single beds and bathroom, good for up to 4 people but can also be booked by 1 or 2, who will then use only one of the rooms. For reservations of up to 2 people, if the guest also wants the second room, it will be made available for an additional R$ 30.00 per day.
