Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a base of them), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

This home gave us some of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations we've had. The area is perfect. Hosts are warm and empathetic. The house is beautiful, high ceilings, cool. The beautiful green areas, full of trees, with a cool and huge pool, almost for us alone. We will always be back. Thank you!

All the fractionation and apartment is as you see it in photos, the amenities of the fractionation very nice and in excellent condition. Just commenting that the AC in a bedroom does not work. From there to more everything perfect!

Excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as shown in the house. It is pet friendly, my dog was very happy and there is plenty of room to walk around the designated areas.

It was a family weekend, the managers Don Félix, Doña Benita and their daughters treated us as if we were family. The place is amazing. I went with my children and nephews and they enjoyed the pool. We had very hot days and they did us the favor of giving us more fans. The house is beautiful, the garden is a dream. Each room has its own charm and privacy. The kitchen is spacious and the living room is very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast room overlooking the garden, so I could see my children play and spend one of the most incredible weekends of our stay in Mexico. Communication with Mrs. Pia was amazing and fast. Even before I got to the house to plan the trip with her, I was too dependent. My children describe the house as a fairy world (they say they saw some dancing in the garden) Highly recommended!

Edith and Ivonne are and were exceptional. Before, during and at the end of our stay they were the best. We not only enjoyed our stay in their wonderful villa, but it is also noticeable that they thought of the smallest detail from beginning to end. We had a great time, Mr. Francisco was very attentive and always on the lookout. Clean and pleasant facilities. The furniture is a bit worn from regular use but it's functional. We would definitely come back.

Loved the house! As soon as you enter, you can see the large green space. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. We loved that, despite being all together, everyone has privacy in their own house, and having 3 bathrooms is a super plus. The barbecue area is amazing for eating together, chatting. We paid for the boiler for 2 days and the water was perfect! It rained at night but just as we paid for it, it felt warm. You have a lot of things nearby, super, Oxxo. The parking area is very large. The lady who receives you is very nice and explains everything. 10/10 I will definitely return!

Gated, private, there are shops nearby,if something was missing, Heated pool, deck with grill and there is a sound system with speakers and amplifier. Good for events)

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great, I would choose it again without a doubt.

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in Cuernavaca. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Showers had hot water throughout and great water pressure. Building staff were friendly and professional. Michele was super communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
