Spacious house with bright spaces, a beautiful garden with private pool, and a view of the Tepozteco mountain. If you require space for more than 6 people, house 2 on the property is occupied (max 10 guests). The houses are not rented separately. Only 10 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes walking to the center of this beautiful Magical Town. The house is in a residential area, and by agreement with the authorities and neighbors, the music MUST be turned off at 10 pm. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS

Arriving, you'll be greeted by Cuco, our lovely green parrot who lives in his big cage in the front yard. The house's beautiful decor filled with Mexican art will make you feel at home, and the two terraces with incredible green views of the huge garden, pool, and most importantly, the Tepoztlán mountains, set the stage for a harmonious and lovely vacation.

The house is located in the San José neighborhood. You have two parking spaces, ideal for hosting a couple, but it has a sofa that can be converted into two single beds, with 4 people comfortably fitting. It has a minibar, microwave, dishes for 4, 8 glasses, corkscrew, can opener, cutlery for 4, towels, hot water, Nespresso coffee maker, privacy in your home, and access to common areas such as swimming pool, fire pit, multipurpose room, sundeck, etc.

The warmth and comfort of "Casa Elena" will make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The house is spacious, private, decorated with Mexican handicrafts and plants. It is located near the Santo Domingo neighborhood and the Atongo Valley, very nice places for walking. With all kinds of establishments nearby. And for that time inside the house we have WiFi, Smart TV, HBO, Disney, board games, a kitchen ready to use, a coffee maker and a microwave!

Located in the Santo Domingo neighborhood, a 12-minute walk from the Zócalo de Tepoztlán, Villa El Fuerte offers majestic views of Tepozteco and the “Pata de buey” mountain. Within its 4000mts2 of land and garden you will find a large swimming pool, two terraces to spend time with family and friends, as well as various fruit trees, cacti and bugambilias. This house is ideal to connect with the pachamama, relax and enjoy the countryside.

Comfortable country home, available for families with ample areas. Tepoztlan´s warm weather makes a great host, being able to be outside year around. Amenities: Hamacs, Tree house, Ping pong table, Grill, Wood oven, Terrace with large table, Outside fire place. Pool with solar heating, between November through February it might not be hot enough.

AND EXCESSIVE VOLUME AND/OR NOISE IS RESTRICTED AFTER 10 PM TO AVOID ANY FINES OR PROBLEMS WITH NEIGHBORS.
