My apartment is on the 13th floor. This is a corner room in the building with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and 1 balcony. All rooms are equipped with high-end appliances and a variety of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, large screen smart TV, hair dryer, etc. The bathroom has heating, a bathtub and shower, where you can relax and watch TV shows. Our kitchen has everything you need, so you can cook your own meals if you wish. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store on the ground floor, and there are all kinds of great restaurants around, from barbecue, yakitori or ramen stalls, to large restaurants that offer exquisite sushi and sashimi, you can always find a place to taste Japanese flavors. In addition, the apartment is centrally located, making it easy to travel anywhere you want. Dotonbori and the famous Kuromon Market are only a 3-minute walk from the hotel. You can walk to Namba or Shinsaibashi within 10 minutes. You can also take the subway or JR directly from here to Kyoto Nara or Kobe. BIO_006 An exciting multi-layered space

Batonship Inn Osaka, commonly known as BIO, is a renovated building operated by Batonship LLC. It is located in a complex called "Kita no Kita Nagaya", which consists of 13 sections of offices, shops and accommodation. A 'nagaya' is a simple building with adjoining units that share walls with their neighbours. It is a type of multi-unit residential building where each unit has its own independent entrance. This traditional Japanese housing style has contributed to the development of vibrant communities and cultures in the region, but is declining year by year due to factors such as ageing. Nevertheless, there are still many tenements left in the Kinki region, especially in the downtown area of Osaka. “Kita no Kita Nagaya” is a new approach to revitalising Osaka's Nagaya. Carefully renovated with earthquake resistance, thermal insulation and soundproofing, the ground floor has been reorganised mainly for shops and the first floor mainly for accommodation. Part of the ground floor has been reduced in size to create a communal garden that can be used for events and other purposes, making it a facility that is loved by the local community. There are six BIO units. Each BIO unit has been renovated with a different design theme, using natural materials and preserving as many of the building's original features as possible.
