Our newly renovated 4.5 room vacation home is located in the Matter Valley in the village of St. Niklaus. It is equipped for 5-6 people and is the ideal starting point for the Grächen and Zermatt ski resorts. In summer, it is centrally located for countless hikes and bike tours. 50 m next to the apartment is the bus stop for Grächen or also to the nearby train station St. Niklaus. Approx. 10 min. walk. 30 meters next to the apartment is a grocery store (Migros). Free parking space.

My accommodation is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. Here in the Saas Valley, adults must pay CHF 10.5 and children between the ages of 6 and 16 must pay CHF 5.25 in summer. At this price, all buses in the valley and practically all mountain railways can be used free of charge. In winter, the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price the ski bus is free in winter. Breakfast available on request.

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.
