This magnificent farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is located on 180 acre farm directly on the Caney Fork River. It is very isolated and the view from the wrap around porch is spectacular. See wildlife like deer, turkey and bold eagles. It has almost a half mile of river frontage. Easy access to the river with a boat launch. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.
