You will also be provided with a phone number where we can be reached during the day and evening for any questions or issues you may have. The Narrows of the Harpeth is a beautiful area in Kingston Springs. There's access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. AdventureWorks Zip Line is also located next to the property. Hiking and fishing adventures are all within walking distance. Car services do not travel to our area. Once you're here you won't want to leave! And to be honest, this would be an expensive Uber ride to/from Nashville. Get away from the city with us, and enjoy the chance to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. The amount is NOT applied toward rent. Our home is right next to Music Row. Just one block from Demonbreun Hill and just 2 blocks from MidTown. Smack in the middle of Nashville's happening nightlife area. Close by are the Gulch, Vanderbilt and Belmont universities, The Ryman Auditorium, and Bridgestone Arena... not to mention Honky Tonk Row on Lower Broadway is just 1.3 miles away! I always use Uber or Lyft if I’m not walking.. parking can be expensive and inconvenient.
