You will also be provided with a phone number where we can be reached during the day and evening for any questions or issues you may have. The Narrows of the Harpeth is a beautiful area in Kingston Springs. There's access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. AdventureWorks Zip Line is also located next to the property. Hiking and fishing adventures are all within walking distance. Car services do not travel to our area. Once you're here you won't want to leave! And to be honest, this would be an expensive Uber ride to/from Nashville. Get away from the city with us, and enjoy the chance to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. The amount is NOT applied toward rent. Breathe healthy in this hypoallergenic environment. Stay warm around a central stone fireplace and soak up the cultural significance of staying in a carefully restored domestic cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Lucinda's House at Historic Idlewild is a unique place to get away from it all. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub to relax a little more. This is a 2 person maximum stay- not suitable for children, we do not host pets. If you have 3-4 guests or have a pet traveling with you, check out our other property instead by clicking on the host picture to view our 2nd Airbnb. This original tiny house has no separate bedrooms. Great relaxing get away for couples or a small group up to 4 people. Indulge yourself with our special handmade soaps and all cotton linens. Local art and handmade items add to the charm of this cottage. Strolling the flower gardens then enjoy your coffee or a tall cold one in the vintage gazebo. Lucinda is set on the back of the 2 acre Historic Home Stay property behind the Robert Chadwell - Idlewild home. We are home most of the time. We can refresh your cooler with ice from the main house, offer local advice or just let you enjoy your stay. The cottage is in Madison, an area rich in music history. It was the go-to location for country music stars of the 1950s and 60s. Visit nearby Amqui Train Station, which was saved by Johnny Cash, and the Carter Family home. Madison is part of Metro Nashville, 7 miles from downtown, 3 miles from hip East Nashville. Yazoo Brewery is 2 miles away on Myatt Dr. We are on transportation bus line. All ride services are available to area. We have ample off street parking. We are located 1 mile down Neelys Bend Rd off Gallatin Pike. We are near I 65- off Old Hickory Blvd or Briley Parkway at Gallatin Pike near the National Cemetery. We are a quick 15 minutes from BNA- Nashville International Airport. Take the local's short cut up Ellington Parkway to get downtown in 10 minutes. Located 10 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from miles of walking trails in Peeler Park in Neelys Bend on the Cumberland river.

Cozy Cottage in Hip Neighborhd- 10 mins to DWTN

Sip your morning coffee on the sunny front deck or lounge on the spacious sectional sofa of this Cozy Industrial Cottage. The “Industrial” is a reference to the neighbourhood’s past & a funky metal feature wall in the living room is a nod to that history. The remaining decor is a charming mix of old & new with bedroom decor that soothes the senses. The Tree Room features restful green tones & wood elements while The Sea Room's relaxing aqua tones & seaside theme are sure to please. This duplex cottage is ideally suited for 4 guests but an additional 2 adults or children can be accommodated on an inflatable mattress provided and/or couch. If you have a larger party, rent both Unit B and C. The units share a large deck for outdoor relaxation and gatherings. There will be a lock box on site and an email prior to check in will be sent with lock box code We live just a few blocks away and can be available if problems or issues arise. This hip neighborhood is 6.4 miles from Bridgestone & the action-packed excitement of the downtown nightlife. An assortment of wonderful local dining options & coffee shops are available right in the immediate neighborhood. Approx. Uber rates are: airport $26, Bridgestone Arena - $15, Tootsie's & Broadway bars -$15. Note - Uber rates vary w demand, Ride Type & these are estimates only. (Drive time to downtown is between 10 - 15 min. based on traffic) Getting around is super easy with Uber and Lyft. A trip downtown will run between $7 to $10 and can be even cheaper if you select the "shared option" on Lyft. Also, Lime and Byrd Scooters are placed through-out the neighborhood for quick jaunts or just for fun. If you prefer to walk, The Nations has a good deal of sidewalks but they are not everywhere. You will likely want to take a really short Lyft or Uber to the brew pubs and coffee shops, though there is a corner store less than a block away that you can walk to to pick up sodas, beer, snacks etc. Bike rentals are also available nearby at Charlotte Avenue and 46th.
