Apartment with magnificent lake views on the mezzanine floor of a house, complete with appliances, dishes, utensils, kitchen and pots, dishwasher, washing machine, and initial cleaning. It is one minute from a beautiful beach on Lake Caldonazzo. It includes private access with the possibility of car parking and an outdoor terrace with a bbq. The house is new and some secondary finishes will be gradually completed.
