This stylish 3-room apartment, offering 90 square metres of living space and fully refurbished and renovated, is perfect for solo travellers, couples, groups of up to 4 people, and families. Bedroom 1: one double bed (180x200). Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200) and small fitness corner with SlimBeam cable system, which is available to all guests with knowledge, various body tubes as well as a yoga/pilates mat. The spacious kitchen-living room is equipped with all necessary utensils.

Our apartment is located in Emmendingen – in the middle of the Freiburg region in the southern Black Forest. Our bright, quiet apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people with 72 square meters and is modernly furnished. In addition to the spacious kitchen and a cozy living room, the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large covered terrace you can enjoy the sun of southern Baden and the view of our farm garden. The apartment is non-smoking.

Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in all rooms and a washer-dryer are provided.

Our house in the center of Teningen is an ideal location for trips to Freiburg, the Black Forest or the Kaiserstuhl. Colmar (F) and Basel (CH) are also easily accessible. Excavation lakes, beer gardens and outdoor pools offer refreshment in summer. In autumn, wine festivals and broom restaurants with regional dishes to stop by. The Advent season with atmospheric Christmas markets are winter highlights.

Vacation home getaway

The apartment is located in the center of the idyllic Hecklingen near Kenzingen. Just a few steps away, you are in the vineyard, at the castle ruins, in the forest or at the two castles. The leisure opportunities and the beautiful scenery are excellent. A wide selection of restaurants in surrounding towns, beautiful old towns (Freiburg, Endingen), the Europapark and the Kaiserstuhl.

Nimburg is the gateway to Kaiserstuhl. Enjoy relaxing days in our idyllically located apartment on the outskirts of Nimburg, a charming district of Teningen. Our spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and has: two bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed. A spacious living room with access to the terrace and a small balcony.

Wonderhome, loving personal atmosphere

You have 2 rooms, a glazed living area overlooking the courtyard, a sofa bed and a table for eating. A mini kitchen with 2 hobs, fridge and sink. One bedroom with a double bed 120 cm wide and access to a covered smoking area. A garden sauna (additional charge) and my private sun terrace in the garden can be used by arrangement.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The property is located on the outskirts directly next to the vineyards and is ideal for hiking and cycling. The city of Freiburg can be reached in 20 minutes by car and in 30 minutes by public transport. Europa-Park is only 20 minutes away by car.
