"Zur alten Tankstelle” used to be an actual gas station – today it’s a cozy residential house. Quiet location in Teningen, close to the A5 – ideal for Freiburg, EUROPA PARK, and Kaiserstuhl. Free parking, flexible check-in. The two-story apartment has a private entrance, living room with daybeds, bedroom with flexible single beds, daylight bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TVs, and terrace. Family-friendly, pets on request.

Imagine spending the night in the middle of a vineyard, among the vines. You can see the sunrise over the Black Forest and the sunset over the Kaiserstuhl while enjoying a glass of wine in the queen-size bed by the window or on the terrace. The large panoramic windows allow you to experience nature in a new way, while the modern interior, made of light wood and matte black, creates a contrast. An absolutely special place.

Idyllic cottage in Teningen

Our house in the center of Teningen is an ideal location for trips to Freiburg, the Black Forest or the Kaiserstuhl. Colmar (F) and Basel (CH) are also easily accessible. Excavation lakes, beer gardens and outdoor pools offer refreshment in summer. In autumn, wine festivals and broom restaurants with regional dishes to stop by. The Advent season with atmospheric Christmas markets are winter highlights.

Nimburg ist das Tor zum Kaiserstuhl. Genießen Sie entspannte Tage in unserer idyllisch gelegenen Ferienwohnung am Ortsrand von Nimburg, einem charmanten Ortsteil von Teningen. Unsere geräumige Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und verfügt über: Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem gemütlichen Doppelbett. Ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse und kleinem Balkon.

Du hast 2 Räume, einen verglasten Wohnbereich mit Blick in den Innenhof, einem Schlafsofa und ein Tisch zum essen. Eine Miniküche mit 2 Kochfeldern, Kühlschrank und Waschbecken. Ein Schlafzimner mit einem Doppelbett 120 breit und Ausgang zu einer überdachten Raucherecke. Eine Garten Sauna ( gegen Gebühr) und meine private Sonnenterrasse im Garten kann nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The property is located on the outskirts directly next to the vineyards and is ideal for hiking and cycling. The city of Freiburg can be reached in 20 minutes by car and in 30 minutes by public transport. Europa-Park is only 20 minutes away by car.

Schwarzwaldnest 2 - in the heart of Emmendingen

In a central and quiet location, you will find street cafés and excellent restaurants, and in just 3 minutes, you can reach the train station, which is close to Freiburg or, if you prefer, to Europapark. Two separate bedrooms for four adults and one baby/toddler in a cot.

15 minutes to Fribourg and Europapark

The apartment is minutes from the A5. It is about 300 m to the train station / bus stop. From there, trips to Freiburg or the Black Forest are possible. Wifi is free. Price is for 2 persons. For every extra person up to max. 6 people (over 3 years) is 12 euros/night.
