T2 refait à neuf, sur la route de st bonnet le froid, a 2km du bourg de tence, 20mn a pied. Grande pièce de vie avec coin cuisine, une chambre et une salle d'eau. La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque induction mobile, un four micro onde et un frigo. Place de parking, petit extérieur donnant sur cour. Notre habitation se trouve juste au dessus de l'appartement. Il se trouve aussi un autre appartement à louer dans la batisse. Possibilité d'utiliser un jaccuzi avec supplément, selon disponibilité.

La Source offers an open plan 18m2 living area with a fully equipped hand-crafted kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed. The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. Off road parking, free secure wifi, garden furniture and a BBQ. Open all year.
