Karlaki House

Located near the Ropa Valley, in the area of the golf club, in one of the most beautiful parts of the island, amidst pristine and incredible nature, far from the noise of tourism. Our domain covers about 5 ha on a hill with more than 300 olive trees, but you can be sure that the trees don't affect the view at all. We discovered this unique place 25 years ago and tried to preserve the beautiful environment as much as possible.

My home (80m2) is located in the heart of the Old Town of Corfu, about 300m from Liston and Spianada. It is a perfect basis for exploring the town and the island, situated in a neighborhood called Evraiki. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance. A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m).

Close by you'll find Spiros 97 taverna , Elia restaurant and Forest all day Close by also is a beutiful monastery of Holly Maria! Glyfada beach and Ermones beach also reachable with in 15-20 minutes walk , special for nature lovers ! Restaurants, bus stop and mini market all with in 5 and 10 minutes walk!

This spacious cottage has a lovely covered patio keeping the house cool and fresh even in the hottest months of summer. The inside of the house has an open plan layout, leading into two separate rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom.
