Our comfy studio guesthouse is nestled under a beautiful oak tree. Walking distance to Pasadena's vibrant, bustling Playhouse District. Free WiFi, TV (Prime and Netflix), and convenient on-site parking. Enjoy the shared patio with sofas. We have a microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, tea kettle, countertop burners, toaster oven, and fridge. However, we had to remove the kitchen sink, so we provide both hard dishes and disposable dishes, in case you don't want to have to wash them in the bathroom.

Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.

This is a two-room independent cottage located in an upscale neighborhood of Pasadena full of century-old trees. Each room has its own access door to the bathroom. Kitchen and dining area are in the studio. It is very close to CalTech, Huntington Library and Westfield Mall. We live in a quiet & quaint neighborhood in Glendale's Woodbury area. Our home is a Tudor style with interiors decorated with modern & clean-line furniture, including the guest studio. The guest studio is approximately 400 sq ft with a kitchen. It is a quaint space for a staycation. It is centrally located. Kindly read the narratives before booking. You also must be a dog lover, we have 2 Labradoodles.

Our private, 650 square foot bungalow has its own entrance with free parking, so you can easily come and go as you please. It features a single bedroom with California King bed, a living room with a full-size pullout sofa. There's an additional twin bed in the back area, so we can easily host 4 people! The space also features a cozy, modern kitchen, plus a washing machine so you can do laundry if needed.
