It was Peasant & peaceful staying at Jungle between alpine trees . Rooms were cozy , Japnese style , Restaurant is awesome ...Master chef cooked so well,staffs were helpful & extrovert. Overall , It was a nice stay , food was delicious . I recommend this jungle stay if you want to move away from hussle & bussle of city and enjoy the peaceful environmental with chirping birds, flowers , delicious foods , good Guides .😀😀

I had an amazing stay at Sahil’s Airbnb in Darjeeling! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, and the location gave easy access to the main sights while still being peaceful and quiet. Sahil was an exceptional host—very welcoming, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. His local recommendations really enhanced our trip. The Host The Architect The Perfectionist “Chetan” has lots to offer. The property is exceptionally designed by the host himself. The rooms are class apart. It seems they have been specially curated for you only. The washrooms have luxury bath fittings. The restaurant is coming up very nicely. It gives you feel of tranquility alongwith Royalty. The staff is courteous helpful and jovial Chetan’s Better Half “Rose” will be there to greet you and you can see her plucking fresh vegetables from their garden to make fresh salads and vegetables for you. Its proximity to The Mayfair and Queens pod make it even more worth staying. I visited The Mayfair and The Taj Guras, but believe me this place is better than being at the 5 stars. #Jannat#AwesomeAbode#Classy#Sassy#

We stayed at Himalayan Hues in Gangtok for two nights. Located near SAP camp, it’s peaceful yet close to MG Marg. The owner, Piyush, is always helpful and guided us with our itinerary. The caretaker, Passang, made our stay memorable by assisting with cabs and cooking amazing food, especially Tibetan momos and dry aloo dum. Though we couldn’t see Kanchenjunga due to fog, the weather was great. The place felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Gangtok and want to stay away from the hustle and bustle. It’s perfect for a short or long stay. I’ll definitely come back, this time for a long stay!

Extremely supportive, warm, and friendly hosts who took great care of us throughout our stay. Special mention to Gyatso and his wife, the staff and ofcourse the lovely pets. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Though it’s a little away from the main town of Pelling, the peace, views, and hospitality make it totally worth it. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a quiet corner in Darjeeling - away from the bustle and chaos of the Mall Road. Gurjeeb's place is perfect for that. It's located about 3 km away from the Mall Road, which gives it the kind of quiet and serenity we were after. One needs to drive about a minute down from the main road and then take a flight of stairs to reach Gurjeeb's place so if you want very easy accessibility, this is something you should consider. But the property itself is worth the effort. The room in the attic is big and pretty, with all basic amenities available. A special shoutout to Gurjeeb's cousin Sujan who looked after us very well and took care of all our needs. He helped us get our luggage up and down the property - which would have been a hassle otherwise - and made amazing local food for us. The Happy Valley Tea Estate is a 10-minute walking distance from here and it's quaint, quiet and amazing. Loved the overall vibe of the place and will love to return in the future.

Staying at Nakeema Farmstead with Pranita Ji and Deepak Ji completely redefined homestays for me. Their warmth, mindfulness, and attention to detail made it one of the most peaceful and fulfilling vacations I’ve ever had. My top 3 Airbnb must-haves—cleanliness, good food, and beautiful surroundings—were all delivered and how! The space was spotless (read: Monica-clean), the food was farm-fresh and delicious (cooked by the hosts themselves!), and the setting was pure bliss. What truly stood out was how much care went into every little detail. On days we were out exploring, they thoughtfully prepped a heavy breakfast to keep us going—small gestures that made a big impact. And of course, a special mention to Pranita Ji’s furbabies—friendly, well-behaved, and absolute sweethearts. They added so much joy to our stay. Airbnb rightly calls this place a rare find. I couldn’t agree more. Heart full, belly full—10/10 would go back!
