This house, in the immediate vicinity of the city centre, shops and restaurants, will seduce you with its large volumes. The house has 5 cosy bedrooms of which 4 have their own private bathrooms. A large living area with an open-plan kitchen occupies the entire surface of the house. A sauna area completes the ensemble.

The vacation home "L'essentiel" is located in the small authentic village of Resteigne, on the edge of Lesse, a few kilometers from Han-sur-Lesse and Rochefort, offering the possibility to discover the Famenne and the Ardennes. Recently renovated (2024) while maintaining its authenticity and soul, it will allow you to get away from it all in a warm setting. Warning: my place is exclusively for rent via AirBnb.
